Art Exhibition Presentation by Saurav Ghimire, Visiting Artist Fellow Fall 2024

- In this presentation, filmmaker and Visiting Artist Fellow Saurav Ghimire talks about his previous work, including his films "Stuck," "Barking Dogs," "Songs of Love and Hate," and his newest project, a docu-fiction project titled "Memories of War." He also gives an overview of Nepal's film industry and how he's working to preserve, restore, and archive South Asian and regional film heritage.
The presentation was followed by a film screening of “Songs of Love and Hate" (17 mins, Nepal-Belgium), which marked its premiere in the US. Due to copyright, the film is not included in the recording.
This event took place on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Harvard University.
