CR&R Garbage Trucks of Cherry Valley

- If CR&R was trying to keep its Cherry Valley location a secret, well, it was successful for the longest time. I still remember when enthusiasts first discovered the truck yard nestled in a residential neighborhood. A Formula 7000 on WX was one of the noteworthy trucks Mike found on Street View, being used as recently as 2008, and we've all seen the twin Peterbilt 310 rapid rails they used to have. This video shows some other trucks in and around Cherry Valley, including a WX rail-arm Octo ASL with Arizona plates. One of my favorite things is to hear how different each truck sounds, and we encounter something with a Volvo engine, a Cummins 8.3, and a Cummins L10 in this one short video. It was a fun experience seeing the older trucks that were hiding on the edge of town, hope you enjoy!

This was a wonderful surprise for my friday evening. I had been watching your old videos these last few weeks and this was a great surprise. It’s great how much has been filmed but it was cooler when people could actually discover new trucks and something interesting was always in the weekly feed. Glad you still got footage around!

Blast to the past. That 310 rail arm was cool, but havent seen footage of that WhiteGMC amrep before so that was really cool to see. Anyways great video

Ah glad to see these surface on youtube again. These aint shit compared to the WX Ellipticals and not even the volvo rapid rails that yard has now. I was just in Yuma i took a yard tour, saw similar units. Dead these days but how ironic you post this right after i do yard video. Thanks for sharing this Scott!
Cool how some yards just stay the "hand-me-down" yards, no matter what company. I like it though and even though it's still happening, a WX elliptical with autorev isn't quite the same as this. Looking forward to checking out more of your vids (just subbed)
@Trashman242 yeah I feel CV would've gone CNG/LNG by now but there aren't any fuel stations with that fuel nearby, so they're stuck with diesel lol. I'm hoping perris or phelan will give them more stuff? Like an Ex LA (one can dream)
