I know people praise soyeon to be the best Rapper in Cube but ya'll forgetting this man. Man was ranked top 10 idol rappers along with RM, Zico, GD and Ravi. He literally represents rap in Cube. It's just he's style of rapping and music different from others.
I love ilhoon and his rap style is one of my favorites, but we can't denied soyeon rap abilities she's impeccable, so let's just recognize them as cube powerful rappers, both of them are amazing.
Ilhoon is an amazing rapper not only because of his flow and melodic rap but he's an amazing lyricist too. He's overall smart with his lyrics and great at delivering them. I miss him so much. Until we meet again someday 💙

Rewatching this compilation. God... I miss Ilhoon's voice so much. No one can be like his way or rapping with his unique voice tone. His melodious lazy rap, his swag rap, his relaxed rap is irreplaceable. I also misa his rap gestures... Idk when can we hear his voice again but i hope one day soon. But i will respect his decision if he'll decide to be out of the limelight. Im just sad that i couldn't hear him with new songs..

I can't say anything about technical stuff. But lyrics, maaaaaannnn, his lyrics is just top notch! It's not like those cool rap that is too "literature" to understand, his lyrics is still poetic yet easy to understand and felt so related.
Ilhoons rap is the only rap which I like in the whole kpop. Wish he didn't committed that mistake. I really wanted him to be in btob. Btob lost a gem 😔. Even Jackson admitted that he's the best rapper in the kpop world 😩
I dont mean to offend,bt i really want to ask.will it be possible for btob to sing all the songs till now without him? Bcz for eg:just look at l'll be ur man,whos gonna rap his part? Are we quitting from singing all these songs again, i really don't get it unless he is not back,of course we can't push him ,them as a whole, i respect their decision. @@ilhoonsquad usually peniel don't rap ilhoon or minhyuk' s part. Bt i hv seen ilhoon n minhyuk doing each others parts. Bt in songs like IBYM rap is so tightly packed and if minhyuk raps ilhoons part also, then it'll be exhausting. May be peniel will do the unusual, anyway i trust them, they ll do a good job as always

i stand corrected! after 5 years of being a melody, btob still manages to surprise me lol. ilhoon's verses were divided equally so every member gets to sing at least one of his parts 🥺
I think they'll keep performing ibym to the minimum, not only because of IH's rapping but CS often said it's one of their hardest song and he prefer not to sing it often.
