I absolutely adore bok joo and joon hyung's relationship. It's so pure and innocent, and you can see that they truly do care about each other as good friends. The fact that joon hyung seems to value his friendship with bok joo more, rather than trying to seek something more out of it is inspiring; he's constantly taking care of her and being there for her through hard times, and even helps her with chasing after his brother (now that's will power haha). I just love how relatable and simple this drama is. Friendship. Family. Dreams. Persistence. Hardship. Love.

its not that she suddenly liked him after joon young tried to make her heart flutter in ep 12. it was after all those times when they went through everything together, the affection was already built from the start. tbh, this is the part which i felt the most annoyed at; bok joo doesnt realise joon young is the one who has been by her side from day one. uNTIL THIS BLESSFUL EP 12 YES THANK GOD
This drama is so beautifully well written. It doesn't have that major plot twist and shocking events, but it makes the drama worth watching, it is simple but it will live in your heart forever. Not many kdramas makes me feel this but weightlifting fairy kim bok joo is one of the best kdrama ive seen so far
This drama is incomparable, it will make you feel all the emotions & appreciate your partner, friendship, family & dreams. I love everything about WLFKBJ!!! I'm just so sad it ended too soon ☹️ I miss them so much & I'm hoping for 2nd season 😢
how I wish this drama gets higher ratings in korea since it's really awesome!! tbh, I tried this drama cuz of the writer who also wrote oh my ghost and highschool king. but the leads suprised me with their acting and chemistry so kudos to that ;) nam joohyuk is a revelation to me after I saw him in moon lovers
The thing is, Joonhyung always ask Bokjoo about her heart thumping but I guess it's always his heart making that sound whenever Bokjoo is near him. I like this drama. I only watched few and I must say this is one of the best.
My favorite scenes in the drama compiled in this MV accompanied by standing egg's heart warming voice. Can't ask for more. Joohyuk's smile makes my heart skip a beat 😭
So I came back here because I can't move on. I'm so in love with their chemistry that I want them to have another project again. But that seldom happens in Korea though 😭 Too bad this drama is considered a failure in Korea because it totally caught my heart from start to finish. This series was really beautiful, it didn't have your typical female lead, Bok Joo was strong and I love that she when after her dreams and followed her heart along the way. The relationship and friendship she had with Joon Hyung was everything we needed. Joon Hyung is the type a guy we all want as a boyfriend and husband, he's so soft, loving and caring yet funny. I love everything about this show and I love the two lead characters so much and the friends of the ML and FL is so wholesome.

I miss this drama so much. I really love the history of those two characters including the others too. When I first heard this song in the drama I rushed to find this song after I was done watching the drama. Which made me feel inspired for so much love and care that this drama gives out playing such roles. I was happy enough that I actually watched something that made me teared up throughout the whole drama because I loved it so much that I couldn't stop loving it. the first time i saw pictures of this drama i was like noooo both are so childish babyface looking i will never like kids love and all but now i completely apologise for my ignorance as this drama now become my #1 kdrama ever, I love all the cute romance, how junhyung look at kim bok joo, how understanding he is in whatever kim bok joo is doing and facing, how kim bok joo started to fall in love with him not because of his appearance but his attitude. omooooo i cannot get enough of this couple!!!!!
I miss this drama so much. I really love the history of those two characters including the others too. When I first heard this song in the drama I rushed to find this song after I was done watching the drama. Which made me feel inspired for so much love and care that this drama gives out playing such roles. I was happy enough that I actually watched something that made me teared up throughout the whole drama because I loved it so much that I couldn't stop loving it. It is a really good K-drama and if you never watched it, you should watch it because you will not regret it. it's called "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo."
