I was living by myself in Oman for 10 months and every morning the birds would start singing and wake me up. When it happened she looked at me strangely and said its your phone apparently at some stage I had set a reminder on it for 6am with the sound of birds. It hadnt worried me because I was living by myself in a strange country and it reminded me of waking up to the birds singing back home - I really should have cottoned on to it earlier because I never actually saw too many birds in Oman :). You can generally pay monthly if you ask the real estate. Most don't care as long as you don't fall behind, so it's a month in advance. If you are trying to pay on a certain day of the month that can get complicated as months have different days so you need to work that out carefully.

Hi, I am so sorry but since we didn’t buy a car I wouldn’t know the right answer and thereby can’t help you. Hopefully you find your answer! Either way every effort in finding out the answer and getting a car is 100% worth it!
Car insurance is significantly more expensive if you're under 25yo. You can opt for comprehensive car insurance which covers your vehicle, other vehicles and/or property. Or you can go for third party property insurance which covers the other person's car/property, but not your own. This one is obviously cheaper to buy. Your home address is a factor in the premium calculation, also whether the car is kept in a communal garage, lock up garage or parked on the street. Most insurance companies give you options to pay the premium monthly, every 6 months, yearly. Shop around. There are several "compare" websites for insurance.

Those screaming birds is the most annoying thing in australia for me haha... The first time I heard them screaming at night scared the shit outta me lol
I would be more worried if you don't hear the birds, because that would mean that something seriously has happened or about to happen. As for the fly's, they are no where as bad as they used to be since control measures have been put in place. Once apon a time, just standing in one spot, you would of been covered in fly's, head to toe.😁
