The wrong side of heaven, and the righteous side of hell...
he’s a hero but he ends up doing things that are bad because of his semblance (thus wrong side of heaven) but... his semblance causes him to do bad things but its not on purpose (thus righteous side of hell).

You know, this song was written about combat veterans and the mental/physical problems that they're left with and no help dealing with it. Problems like depression, alcoholism, bad decision making from no longer being able to function in society....... Sound familiar?

Qrow, a man who let's his strength speak for him, the man who trained Ruby Rose, the man who gave everything but then...had it thrown back in his face. This song is the perfect song for him. Good no....Amazing Job on this one

Qrow is more of a father than an uncle. There's no wrong side for Qrow, because even with misfortune he is lucky to have friends and family on his side.

At 3:39, I believe that Qrow is hallucinating because of the posion. He doesn't see Jaune when he grabs his hand. I think he thinks that Jaune is Taiyang, and is trying to stop his brother in law from getting himself killed and leaving Qrow alone(bear in mind, he's thinks he's in the past so Ruby isn't alive yet). About then, Qrow "wakes up" and lets go, overcome by grief and pain.

This song is the best for Qrow. Ironic that Ivan Moody is a recovering alcoholic himself. This song punches so much harder based on EVERYTHING Qrow has been through up until the end of Vol. 8.
