So the first side of my business runs mainly with zeedrop. Zeedrop is a software that pulls listings from sites like amazon, Walmart, ebay, and so on…..and lists them with the same pictures, titles, and description…..at a mark up.
I typically mark most of my products up about 40%....and that seems to work pretty well for me.
Any software that copies listings and marks them up like this is a must for anyone trying to scale dropshipping. I use zeedrop to copy listings to facebook marketplace, facebook shops, poshmark, and mercari.
Zeedrop copies to a number of other websites too, but I mainly use it to copy the ones I just mentioned.
I also use zeedrop to copy and paste addresses for me so I can process orders quicker (that’s another feature).
Then, from there….I use list perfectly to cross post those same listings. List perfectly is a software that will take listings from site to site and repost them.
This software is a complete time saver and also allows me to list and dropship on other websites zeedrop doesn’t post to.
I use it to list to grailed, tradesy, depop, and kidizen as well. This gives my listings more exposure….and leads to other sales for not much extra work.
I also have Virtual Assistants move facebook listings to mercari and poshmark using this software after they use zeedrop initially.
To help my VAs log into my computers and use my IP address (to avoid facebook flagging my accounts), I use splashtop.
Splashtop is software that allows them to remote into my computers.
This is crucial because not only are they now using my IP address (and facebook is super sensitive to IP addresses and locations), but they also can use all my accounts, software, passwords, cards, etc…
That means I don’t have to give them passwords, give them access to my accounts, give them credit card information, and buy them their own version of each software so they can use it……Because all of that is already on my computers and input already.
It streamlines pretty much every part of the business, in my opinion is a lot safer…..and I love the fact that at any point in time I can just look over and see what they’re doing.
We’re in different locations obviously, but they’re basically working here in the office right next to me.
I then use a software called Interguard to monitor the productivity and computer usage of each employee.
This software has the capability to track everything they’re doing, give me productivity ratings based on how active they were (it has a lot of data points and has an algorithm that explains how it calculates productivity)….and it also lets you restrict certain applications and websites if you want.
Now, I barely ever check this, or restrict many things….but it’s good to know I can if I want to.
It’s also great if you’re paying someone hourly….because you can literally see how productive they were in the hours you paid them. You can see how much of their time working was idle, moving, changing pages, and the list goes on and on.

Hey! Nice and interesting setup, yet your business is nicely scaled. How about a setup reccomendation for a startup/smaller one. Im looking at 3pl + dropshipping simultaniously?

I don’t recommend auto ds unless you’re dropshipping on ebay

Can you please recommend inventory software, as skugrind is not accurate. If my suppler has 5 units in stock skugrid shows 10cin my invenotry.
Maybe something in your settings? Mines been accurate
@@BryanGuerratv i did mention this to skugrid support and they said "skugrid does not give exact data of inventory, it will only show you out of stock if the supplier is out of stock". Iam doing amazon to amazon dropshipping, so can you suggest any other software please ?

Does it matter what laptop or computer desktop you use for drop shipping????
No it does not
Question about zeedrop, does it run on Android tablets? I have a laptop but my Samsung tablet is much faster than my laptop. Fbmfox does not function on tablet so I've been looking for options.
I don’t think so, but I’m not sure. I only use google chrome on a laptop.
hi great video is there a toll or software that help you to export products from amazon to a wix store? like auto ds? is there a wat to di it for free?
Yeah I believe zeedrop does that. I’ve never tried but I know they integrate with wix too

Yes you’ll need some of the software but essentially free (or very cheap)

How do you manage stock and price changes with obscure suppliers that aren't recognized by skugrid?
VA checks them every few days. And usually if I get an order for them and they’re out of stock I’ll either a)wait for it come back in b)order elsewhere c)cancel it if I can afford to d) fake ship it with a bogus tracking # and then mark it out of stock and refund the customer when they ask…and say it must’ve gotten lost in shipment. If you’re doing volume you can afford bad tracking #s and cancels from time to time. Also if you’re doing wholesale (where I’m moving more and more into) they rarely go out of stock.

I'm very concerned! I just made a sale on FB Marketplace. The item was $6 and Shipping was $6 which equals $12. I'm using my shipping not Marketplace because it's dropshipping. Under shipping orders it says, "Total $6", so will shipping not be paid? I have some big ticket items set up the same way so I'm concerned! I'm new, so do they list shipping later?
Shipping should be paid yes. If you look at the order the bottom of the order will tell you your estimated payment
Thanks, I was looking at the wrong place. Unfortunately, I won't be paid until April 16 by FB Marketplace due to rolling payment. I buy products from EBay, hopefully the tracking number s are good. I have very little money to invest so this is going to really slow me down.
I have an unexpected error in Request Catalog for ebay store. I am using skugrid chrome extension but my items are not repricing at all, due to this error. I wrote skugrid a ticket but they do not reply. Any chance you had the same issue and how did you resolve it. I am afraid that the customer support is useless for this software, judging by the comments on their facebook page.
I haven't had that issue unfortunately sorry! How long has it been since you submitted the ticket? They're usually pretty responsive to me whenever I have issues (I also submit tickets).
@@BryanGuerratv I submited a ticket 3 days ago. It took me some time to pinpoint the issue, once I noticed smaller profits on some orders... They still havent replied. But today problem solved on it's own. They probably solved it on their side. I tested it on a new computer with fresh windows. Had the same problem. I did nothing on my end to fix it. Their facebook page is full of people begging them to help them with their tickets. I have ove 7000 listings with them, but I am considering other options.

Be careful with zeedrop, because of them I was removed from Amazon business. Now I’m doomed 😢
What makes you think zeedrop is the reason for that?
@@BryanGuerratv they told me I violated term 14. Using a robot to copy listings and that’s the only software I used to do that

I’ve tested it and it definitely works if you can set it up properly. I don’t have an expertise in it though and I’ve never really tried to scale drop servicing….I stick with dropshipping physical products b/c it works well for me and I still think there’s lots of potential to scale in it for me 👍
