Arabia you need to finish 2 years diploma depending on your field (process, mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation), there are both private and governmental colleges for that, enrollment process depends on your high school GPA and classes availability. Whether you are in a company’s scholarship or enrolled after graduation you need to train on fundamental process safety first for six months. Then depending on your company policy, you either start working directly or go through on-job training modules. Usually there are 7 OJT modules and each is 3-6 months, at the end if you each module you will be tested.
FYI, “third world county” term is stupid! It belongs back to the Cold War era, it was a mean of classification whether this country is aligned with NATO or the USSR and communist bloc. Finland, Sweden, Ireland, and Switzerland were third world countries.

In our plant we have both setups. But no panel operator use the headset to communicate with the field operator, we use it for field paging.

KP-48 لا شكر على واجب و الناس للناس وانا اخوك. لكن شي مهم دام عندك طموح لا تتخلى عنه حاول تدرس وانت على راس عملك حتى لو اخذت منك وقت اطول و جهد و تأكد ان مابعد التعب الا الراحه و لو ماصار لك نصيب في اكمال دراستك خليك طموح و صدقني ان شاء الله بتقدر توصل لطموحك بإذن الله. اذا في شي بقدر اقدمه لك او اساعدك فيه انا حاضر انت او اي شخص يقرا كلامي هنا سواء في الاوبريشن - هندسه - او اي شي اقدر عليه. بالتوفيق يارب
