Goff BEEN balling. Even in 2022 when we were 1-7, the offense was rolling. Defense was horrendous, which is why we were losing. Once Aaron Glenn started cooking, Lions started winning.
My theory on Goff’s wobbly passes; it’s easy to throw a tight spiral if you don’t care where it goes. I think Goff naturally adjusts his wrist and fingers on his passing follow through to get the accuracy he’s known for. I think those last second adjustments can sometimes affect the spiral.
Thank you for addressing the comments made by Dick Blight. It's hard to agree with any of his opinions. I've been watching the Lions since 1989-1990 and i can say that Jared Goff has already cemented himself as the best Lions QB in the Super Bowl era, imo. I loved watching Stafford sling the ball around for all those years and he brought me a lot of joy. And heartbreak! But nothing compares to what JG16 has been up to the last few years. I love this F'ing team!!
The only way this game is anything close to a trap game is if Lions have some uncharacteristic turnovers. If Lions win turnover battle, its in the bag 💰
Nothing guaranteed should we win sure but this the NFL sometimes we come out flat it's rare! but it happens the Tampa game the first half of the Texans game we just gotta take care of the ball but not sleep on this team at the same time!
