That ending did have me wondering whether they'd make it for a moment! Putting Omega in with others whose hope they wish to keep down wasn't a wise move!
I think Omega's confidence was a way to reassure the other kids that she will get them out and give them some type of motivation and hope which she realize the empire has taken from them. idk if its Emarie's plan to put Omega there as a way to save them or she just thought Omega is safer where she could keep an eye on her and the result of that is this. She did put the tools next to Omega and she knows how smart Omega is to figure out the panels on the walls. It could go either way i think Emarie will help Omega.
That was way too close for comfort at the end there! I sure hope they bust out the clone prisoners and wreak havoc on that facility in the coming episodes. Specifically, I hope Hemlock either bites the dusts Or all the data is lost. Both are acceptable to me. I also do hope that Rampart bites it as well, he is a clone murderer and did commit genocide on the Kaminoans (though they sucked as well, look at the old canon of the Legends/EU, trust me on that).

I think I’ve enjoyed every episode that’s taken place mostly on Tantis. Very much liked this one too. I love ramparts’ character, plus omega has really grown on me this season. We had a lot of the same reactions, which made it fun to rewatch with ya!
