Not Snitching was taught. During reconstruction, when someone created a crime, you would not tell the cops on cops, mob, klan, or other organizations without penalties. Also, with children, how many times do parents advised their kids not to tell what goes on at home?

Not being a snitch is taught when you were a toddler. Also I got to meet Patrick weatherall ( mump) in Beaumont tx who is Charleston White and Dewberry homie they spoke about in your interview. West Dallas gator Boys, they gave Mump 30 Fed man free then guys.
