Tapering for nearly one year still with side effects similar to those when tapering from psychiatric medications like Zoloft. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean it does not have long term effects and changes to the brain. People consume it because it’s effective so it’s obviously creating a chemical reaction. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a believer in nature’s medicine but also aware they are also very potent and not at all studied long term. I have so much empathy for those trying to come off of it.

However, in my experience it's exactly the reverse, exposure to cold temperatures actually improves my ability to handle warm weather better. I believe this is a memory thing on cellular level, If my body remembers the cold it actually enjoys the warmth more.

I thought it was only me… I saw a new episode upload “1min ago” and didn’t click right away but then I wanted to look for it on the main JRE channel and it wasn’t in the recently uploaded, and then now, every time I refresh TH-cam a new episode appears like almost just uploaded

The ONLY reason South-East Asia is the largest ocean pollutor is because “developed” countries such as the US, the UK, the whole of Europe, Australia and Canada are shipping their waste to the South-East Asia, where it’s dumped and burnt, with most of it ending up in the ocean.
America IS one of the top plastic polluters in the world with one of the highest plastic waste/per capita.
Please educate yourself about waste colonialism and illegal waste trade before blaming the global South for the global North’s problem

It's a bit silly to think because someone doesn't look the part means they couldn't possibly know how to get there. Especially from these two. There are plenty of scientists, trainers etc that KNOW what they are talking about but have a difficult time applying it to themselves. It does not always discredit them. We are human. diet, training, mental health, it can be difficult to discipline , it can be especially more difficult for some personalities.
Rogan says it often it sounds as stupid as it is. That being said I do think people like that are the heads of an entire countries public health sector SHOULD look the part and understand from direct experience .

I've enjoyed watching every video Huberman made or was in, and this video stands out with cringeworthy suckupness. "Who me? I didn't say 'that's true if you're talking about vitamins & minerals' being expensive urine." Ooh, what a great time to plug AG1. Crafty. And then all the praise to Joe. Now I have to turn in my fan membership. We can add Spindoctor to his bio.
