This pattern of doubt has been seen everywhere he has been. But I don’t have a shred of doubt this will work for Spurs and honestly you don’t know how lucky you are to have him
Ange Postecoglou has always been a manager that I've admired, and since his appointment at Tottenham, I have been exploring the club's rich history and culture. However, as I delve deeper, I can't help but feel disheartened. It's become apparent that the club is facing struggles, not only at the board level but also due to the toxicity that some fans are displaying on social media channels and TH-cam. It's sad to see so many individuals trying to impose themselves on others, arguing over trivial matters and spreading derogatory comments. It's an environment that is rife with negativity and ignorance. Ange will shake things up, whether you like it or not. He is unconventional and prioritizes results over superficialities such as "statement signings." He isn't concerned with red carpets and big names; his recruitment process is based on his system, and that's that! It may result in some pain, "cheap" signings, and unknown players, but he is committed to building a team that can succeed on the pitch. Sadly, some Spurs fans seem to be overly focused on big-name signings as a means of demonstrating their strength and competitiveness. I fear that this insecurity may lead to hasty decisions that are not in the club's long-term interest. It's disheartening to witness the poisonous environment that is bubbling up around a club that Ange has taken such a gamble by joining. He deserves better. Let's rise above the negativity and support him and the team as they work towards their goals. Let's leave the toxicity behind and focus on what's important: success on the pitch. However, we must not forget that a great club culture is not just about winning on the pitch but also about fostering a positive environment between the fans, players, coaching staff, and the board. We should be proud of our team, have a passion for the club and the game, and work hard together to create a culture of respect and support. Only then can we truly achieve greatness. Let us, therefore, support Ange Postecoglou in his efforts to build a strong, successful team, while also promoting a positive and healthy club culture. With passion and hard work, we can achieve greatness both on and off the pitch.
Social media opinions will always be loud and negative but he’s already won a lot of people over. I think the silent majority are interested to see what he does before judging and are willing to give him time to establish something here. The negativity just comes from years of frustration, settling, and no clear direction or ambition. It will, however, take more than Ange alone to change our fortunes. There’s a lot of damage that needs reversing from the past 5 years. I can only hope he gets backed by the club and fans
For me it is to much of stylistically difference from what Ange has been successful with to how the Tottenham team is setup not only in tactics but also in formation and players available.
Ange has a big heart and is not concerned about Levy. Levy won't stop Ange from achieving success. That is guaranteed. You win the team over, the fans over and the board. If Levy doesn't want a revolt calling for him to be swinging from the clock, I would suggest to get behind the club, the team, the fans and let Ange do his job.
Ange seems like a fantastic coach and a great guy. I’ve definitely brought in to this philosophy. But levy can easily cock this up. Perfect recent example is this penny pinching for the Raya deal. We’ll end up losing out on him and possibly Maddison too. We’re pretty doomed with levy. So I feel for Ange.
Vicario looks like a great alternate - stats driven recruitment. He even ranks better than Flekken. Brentford also asking for too much with 1 year left. COYS
The reporter said a big European club...he was at a big European club with more success in europe and with domestic honours ...bigger fan base ......typical english
Well they got in the top 4 last season and also 4 years in a row from 2016 to 2019 so they can clearly compete but no doubt Ange will still have a very hard time reaching the top.
Ange will underestimate the premier league. settle for mediocre players. lose too many goals, nothing will changes for Spurs, Ange will be gone by the seasons end.
You've got it back to front, mate. Ange has already faced the best teams in the world. He knows what lurks behind the door. It's the Premier League who doesn't know what's about to hit them. Obviously, it's deeper water with bigger sharks in it. But he's never had the budget to play with that he's got at the moment. Even a stingy guy like Levy is going to splash money like Big Ange could have only dreamed of at Celtic, or Yokohama, or Brisbane.
Love that, felt his emotions through every question.
Great lad, and a steady enough player, plays well for St Pauli 🟤⚪🏴☠️🍀

Ange is a serial winner mate. Cheers.

Knowing levy i doubt it

@@dennishansen6421well yes….that’s why it’s a rebuild strip the team and bring the players he wants to fit his system over the next couple of seasons
Levy will cock it up.
Ange will only do as well as levy will let him

Good man Jax
It’s around 30 degrees C in Germany at the moment, and the Aussie is wearing a jacket….
Hamburg was 13 last night, the interview probably recorded in the late afternoon/evening
I wish it was 13 now. Too hot
Ange has lot of work do
Sounds like a British Aussie
He played in Scotland for years
There's many variations of the Aussie accent, much like Ameircan, English, Scottish and etc lol
He sounds like a New Zealander.
Came to Scotland as a teenager.

He’s not the captain of Australia 😂 Great player though and awesome human!
Matty Ryan is. He has captained though.
We have Jesus’ backing onwards and upwards

You are a moron. The Tottenham job is huge.
“Big European club” he was literally at a bigger club before spurs 😂
I think he will be like southampton experience with hasenlholf
Ange is a decent manager that's it ....spurs job will prove too big for him leevy will have him gone by xmas

Many were saying the same when he first came to Celtic, "gone by Xmas", and he left 2 seasons later as one of their best ever manages!
