Pro Mechanic schooling - the bike wash

Well it may be the end of the season, but it's never time to stop learning. In this episode I let the mechanics guide me through their process and finally clean the bike with all the tools and equipment needed to be a proper bike mechanic.
Maurizio has always been such a blast to have on the channel, so I team up with him to get the job done

For me the most annoying part of getting ready for a ride is having to pump the tyres. So what I want to know is how do the mechanics do this for 50+ wheels per day on a grand tour?

If no brake rub, check your hub. Take the wheel out and feel the bearings in the hub. If rough they may need to be changed or cleaned and lubricated.
