Ryushin is from the famous professional dance group lead by RIEHATA, who is a great dancer that made lots of KPOP & JPOP choreography. The "Mic Drop" by BTS is one of her works. Others have been trained since they're little kids in EXPG, the entertainment school teaching dance and singing was built by LDH--Their agency company. The way to build artist between JPOP & KPOP are very different, especially LDH. They treat trainees more like humans not commodities, that's why I love JPOP more than KPOP.
