Really glad you enjoy all 3 of my Favorite Japanese bands - UM, Lovebites, and Wagakki band (no order here, because they are all so Different). BTW - the actual band name (in Japan) is Ankimo, which means 'monkfish liver' (a Japanese delicacy). 'Unlucky Morpheus' is a playful 'anglicized' version of the phonetic sounds of the Kanji in 'Ankimo'.
some don't like FUKI's high notes and vibrato, they hit me right in the heart. The whole band is a gift. You can clearly see how you are reacting to the high notes of FUKI, I'm really happy about that. compare how incredibly extraordinary all these Japanese female singers are Mayu, Asami, Fuki, Saiki, Su, Yukina........it's quite extraordinary, Su is already famous, but from this small incomplete list, 2 become in any case world famous because the bands have positioned themselves perfectly, unfortunately I don't see my 2 favorite bands there, but I really like all of them
YUKO SUZUHANA OF THE WAGGAKI BAND IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SINGERS.
Fuki has some of the most incredible control of her vibrato I've ever heard. Her mother was a Shigin singer (Like Yuko, who Max mentioned earlier). It is traditional Japanese singing with long, multi-tonal passages in vibrato. She uses a much smaller and controlled vibrato sometimes, especially when singing for other bands (she has recorded with about 70 different bands). Her voice is fluid and dynamic - just like her Stage Presence (and I am a lovestruck Fan-Boy of both Fuki and her good friend Jill)
@@maxmaidiac2237 the Wagakki Band is unrivaled something special, Yūko is of course on my incomplete list, but I see Yūko more as Japan's national treasure, absolute admiration
