- A well-balanced low end in rock and metal productions is not as trivial as it sounds in the first place. Elements like kick, bass and down-tuned guitars often share the same frequency areas, so it is well worth putting some work into carving space for all these instruments.
In this workshop, platinum awarded audio engineer Dennis Ward shares his knowledge on how to mix a solid and balanced low end in modern metal, assisted by HOFA-Tutor and metal band guitarist & singer Steffen Walter.

Cool bass sounds are everywhere, And no instrument suffers. Or are ther not guitars on Overkill?
