I visited Progreso as a replacement port because of a hurricane early 2000s on Carnival. It was such a disappointment to the point that I promised myself that I would never go again. The stick shift on the buses we had to ride to get to the center of the city was held together with duct tape. Your vlog gives me reason to try again. Thank you. 😊
