My opinion is that the best way to know what the singer says is to ask islandic native speaker (as you maybe!) to understand what he really says, even if his english accent is perfect. So I choose « That’s all how it feels » for the name, but it’s a supposition, I also agree with « Therapist » ‘cause I can hear that in the original song.
