I am from Aotearoa (New Zealand) I am Maori we cook our food in the ground in it we put pork, chicken, beef, potatoes, sweet potato, stuffing, steamed pudding, it takes 4 hours to cook...whe we wait we prepare side dishes mainly sea food and salad.. Happy new year from New Zealand
