wow such a difficult question? what's your definition of rich please? for me she is a young entrepreneur and she is doing very well by herself, she feeds her family with what she does and she is very happy with what she earns from her business. So from my point of view yes she is rich.
Yes to be on the safer side and for your customers to trust your brand you have to register and also get the approval from FDA... but once you are waiting for all of that you can still get started as long as the health of your customers becomes your priority and you follow healthy guidelines.
