- Faisalabad formerly known as Lyallpur is the third-most-populous city in Pakistan and the second-largest in the eastern province of Punjab.
We tried the famous Jalandhar Fish, Pehlwan Karahi, Jehangir Murgh pulao and some other famous street food items from the chowk Ghanta Ghar of Faisalabad, the Jalandhar fish and pehlwan karhai were undoubtedly the best out of everything.

I don't know if you'll see this message but I wanted to let you know...
I'm in America (parents are from Delhi/Uttar Pradesh though originally Tamil Nadu) trying to improve my hindi/urdu, and I first found your channel because it has english subtitles. But then I became so interested in your videos I ended up watching all of them!! You've made me sooooo interested in the food and culture of Pakistan!!
But you should also know, you are teaching me urdu/hindi at the same time!! The subtitles are very helpful. I watch your videos almost every day and I've picked up a lot of phrases and words. Also, the way you speak Urdu is very clear and easy to understand. Some other people I find very hard but the way you speak is more familiar. Maybe because you said your family is from Lucknow originally. That is pure Urdu and I'm more familiar with that because we have family in UP.
Anyway, just wanted you to know you're not only showing me the delicious food of Pakistan you're teaching me the language!!
I want to go to the Pakistan just to explore those mouth watering street food 🥺❤️🤤......love from India ❤️

There are hundreds of thousands Jalandhari living in Pakistan. Most of them are living in Faisalabad. 45% of Jalandhar population was Muslim in 1947, when Hindus and Sikhs started killing Punjabi Muslims, majority of them migrated to Pakistan and now the Muslim population is only 1.3% in Jalandhar.

Problem is that the hygiene is poor as they have trouble understanding the concept (Indians even more so). Poverty is no reason as many African countries are also poor but people are more clean because being poor doesn’t prevent basic hygiene.
