Hey man! Would love some clarity on the PR 30 day tax residency option vs. The CBI program. I’m mostly curious if I can keep tax while staying 30 days as a citizen with the CBI.
Not to be picky (but I guess I am...lol), but the way the people from Antigua and Barbuda that you've interviewed pronounce their country's name is An-TEEG-a and Bar-BYOO-da. Also, Grenada is pronounced Gre-NAY-da by the people there.

@@OffshoreCitizen yes they are too polite. When I went to Antigua the airline gate agent corrected me. I appreciated it, since I didn't want to offend the locals, even if they were too polite to correct me. Years later I went to the "other" Antigua, the one in Guatemala, where they do pronounce the "u". It took a while for my brain to switch back.
I know you are a casual North American (like me), but it would be nice if you would dress on the same level as your interviewees, when appropriate. Very good content though, as always.
I think it's really cool he dresses according to his own desires and tastes and doesn't try to match anyone or anyone's expectations. Michael is just mike and doesn't need to be anything else lol.

Is there anywhere I can go to get my government ID with a picture fast, costa rica is taking 2 years - I have the SS income, can do investment or whatever - covid is causing a year and more wait just to get the ID - Ideas? Thank you.....
Another interesting video. Thank you. Could you do a video comparing the Caribbean and Vanuatu CBIs in terms of the sorts of situations each might best fit? For example, young, single digital nomad vs mid-career entrepreneur vs person who has or will soon reach financial independence and so has existing investments elsewhere and tax obligations with respect to those investments and is no longer concerned to build/pursue a career but pursue other interests and might want to retire to the CBI country either full- or part-time w/out doubling income/dividend taxes etc. I have been looking at the various CBIs thinking of, firstly, a 2nd passport, but secondly, perhaps eventually a bolthole or a place to live full- pr part-time but it is a bit difficult to assess which program's conditions best suit which scenario. I am thinking of reaching out to you, but would like a clearer idea in my own mind beforehand so I can ask more intelligent questions and so make the most efficient use of and not waste either your or my time.

If source of funds is a donation, do the proof they ask for should have the exact amount mentionned in the document or just the donor saying he donated money to you ?

Yeah close pronunciation isn't something I aim for, I can tell you they don't correct it so not in the least worried.

How long does Antigua lasts until the passport expires?
5 years and when you renew it 10 years

I think it's rather annoying to have the constant "hmm, hmm" and other interruptions of the speaker being interviewed.
Can you at least put on a shirt or a polo shirt, especially for your interviews? Look at your competitor Andrew at Nomad Capitalist for inspiration…

If they fix their 5 year passport and income tax they’d be the best.

They at least fix their income tax so far.
