Ramee is right in saying Judges shouldn't be coaching cops on what to charge people and cops shouldn't be calling judges to get clarification on what to charge people.
100% right. When Norman and Angel read out there verdicts, how many times did they reference the case the prosecution made? NOT ONCE. They legit went to the back and read through the police reports, then defaulted to guilty. Regardless of the outcome, this shows how fucked their system is. The less competent the prosecution is, the less opportunity the defense has to defend themselves.

So if a counsel member was not able to make it to a meeting because someone crashed into them, that person would be charged with terrorism? All the judges and the prosecutors forgot you needed to prove motive. One of the biggest if not the biggest prong to terrorism. Guilty until proven innocent.
