Is it just me, or did SWTOR stop adding time-lines. I thought they were going to have the latest one by Launch, but we are still several behind. We have the character progressions, ships, everything but this? Did Bioware forget about the precious timelines?
The Exile doesn't even get an honorable mention or a cameo. It's like Bioware just forgot KotOR 2 existed at all, and I have no idea why. Did they just not like it? Were they jealous? Did it not fit their overall plans? I have no idea, but it's one of the (many) reasons I've been soured on this game. KotOR 2 set up some really cool plotlines, and gave a lot of extra context and nuance to the events of the first game... and then SWTOR came along and just threw it all away. Again, it's like KotOR 2 never even existed at all. What a disappointment.

favorite mandalorian would have to be kelborn or candorus ordo
STARCOM CLAN Canderous Ordo wasn't a real Mandalorian ( for me )
Is it just me, or did SWTOR stop adding time-lines. I thought they were going to have the latest one by Launch, but we are still several behind. We have the character progressions, ships, everything but this? Did Bioware forget about the precious timelines?
@GamerzCreed01 Why when KOTOR 2 expressed every detail ending with The Exile searching for Revan
0:54 does that include the clone wars
@NEMESIS1999 Mandalore (Canderous) said that in KotOR2 if you get 90% influence with him
i always wondered about the war previous to the kotor always wished they would tell me more.
What a disappointment.
was that yoda?? when there talking about the councils refusal to enter the war.
Bois Kanan said this history in just a sentence!
Ah, KotOR. Such brilliance.
@allankles It is just to provide a quick general overview of the mandalorian wars its not ment to go into details about every specific person who had an impact on the war
wat was all the old republic cinematics for then?
I wouldn't mind finishing the series off with a trilogy.
@kamikazeesouled well that is what bioware is saying revan and malek met the emperor and was sent by him to find the star forge
@hotshot10100
how do we know for certain it's mace windu? it may just be someone who looks like him.
lol the guy on 1:37 looks like a journalist with a gun
Epic
i already saw this on the website but its still awesome :D
@Gthang213 If it is, then thats a very odd place for him to be, as the council wasnt on Coruscant (the background of that picture is the jedi temple), and a *very* used amount of artistic licence.
So many lies in this video:
- *Meetra Surik* activated Mass Shadow Generator, not Revan
- Malak was much taller than Revan *;)*
- What is that Dark Jedi doing there, fighting the Mandalorians with the Jedi? The Sith (Revan's) army was formed *after* The Mandalorian Wars
But Revan prepare that fucking Mass Shadow Generator secretly and Orchestrated the plan for the Malachor V's destruction.
3:06 I hear Anakin's betrayl :)
3:31 music?
At 2:53 some cool music begins. Anybody got it's name?
@50robin6 But thats the point though, he wouldent be there unless dantooine was gone already.
You would think a chronicler would stay with his library.
The narrator's voice sounds familiar. I believe it's Lance Henriksen.
the voice actor for Admiral Steve Hackett of Mass Effect games too?
Daniel Williamson wasn't he also Bishop the Android from Aliens?
Yes he was.
Daniel Williamson It is. He fits perfectly in a narrative history video.
@ChaostheClown what species is that, out of interest??
if they made these independent movies starting fromt he great hyperspace war to atleast the jedi wars 'revan & malak' it would make so mutch money and indulge the casual fans in star wars lore
White Fang Ive been begging forever for a movie that doesnt revolve around the newest timeline, something that takes place in the days of the old republic.
Funny how the newest timeline is 'long ago'
Of course they leave out the mass butchery of the Cathar, can't go offending Mando fanboys with inconvenient truths.
MrBranagain That reminds me but why did they do that anyways.
Because they're basically space ISIS, trying to goad the Republic into war. When Revan found a Mando helmet at the site of the Cathar massacre, that was when he decided the Jedi and Republic needed to take the kid gloves off.
MrBranagain ah I see none the less I'm still impressed with the fact they nearly beat the republic. Then I take great pleasure in watching the republic getting beat.
@hotshot10100 Its not Master Windu it is Master Zandar from KoTOR
@woodwyrm i mean the Mandalorian wars...b4 the blockade kotor mandos
If you were a Jedi would you have joined Revan Malek or obeyed the council.
Joined Revan.
But that's just because I know my personality.
@KristoferLloyd Oh yeah?
watch?v=BWk7L134e3w
at about 10:48
First line of quest text:
"The Jedi Council on DANTOOINE..."
Take some of your own advice.
Also, just because its an Academy doesn't mean that the council cant be there.
There was another npc who also stated they based the order on dantooine for secrecy.
Lol, Jedi Master Gnost Dural has the same voice as General Shepherd from Modern Warfare 2...
OMG MY FAV LEGENDARY HERO FROM KOTOR!!
EXAR KUN!!
@TheRealSimsMaster A long time after, yes. About 300 years if I'm not mistaken.
a kotor 3 would have been so much better. im not a huge fan for mmos, but i feel this is going to be great too.
mandalore the ultimate wasn't human he was a Taung who evolved on Coruscant. for century's they fought humans. but thanks to a volcano most of Coruscant was covered in ash. the humans drove the Taung from their home world and they became mandalorans though the fighting at Malachor V spelled the end of the race when the war ended to day the species is extinct
starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Taung
The taung was the founding race, but the mandalorians have many species.
Please add the timeline on swtor
Why doesn't Lucasfilm make a spin-off movie about this instead of a rumored Yoda movie.
There was also a release of KotOR1 on iPad.
@TheAlinAngel "What better weapon is there than to turn an enemy to your cause?"
