you forget the school textbook that is the size and weight of a large church bible. in the philippines I was part of a private school. while rare to see corporal punishments...i have literal teachers who are walking beasts like the police/inmate folks from beyond scared straight show. my favorite is my old AP teacher who can threw shurikens of large textbooks in great accuracy in one hand, while knowing psychological warfare on the worst students...things like cafeteria fights and such was taboo to even non existent but the version of bullying I experience is about who has the intellectual might and FB popularity prestige. it was all laughable

As someone who was formerly bullied, this kind of situation is my exact dream. I want to see all of my bullies drenched in their karma, and understand that the shit that they've brought on to me is the reason why I stand against bullying, and that I am willing to even trade my life to save someone else from being bullied.

In Korea teachers being bullied by parents and students have risen, with little to no protection of the teachers. As a result, many have taken their lives, in the last 5 years. About 100+ teachers have died, so there's been quite a protest by teachers and other individuals from elementary to middle and highschool regarding teachers protection and rights.
I love the series. It’s a really good look at social issues with students and teachers, even reaching to societal norms which are responsible for a good amount of issues in the youth. Great series also the main TRPA wardens are ex military freshly retired from a special hit unit. They are not gangsters like the title says.

this should definitely have an anime. Hwajin Na should definitely be voice acted by Kenjirou Tsuda, the voice actor for Tatsu for way of the househusband, because Hwajin looks like Tatsu with long hair
I think Junichi Suwabe will fit him more, since he has experience voicing teachers Hwajin Na basically looks like Aizawa so that's a plus.
Kenjirou Tsuda has a great voice but he's more a calm, cool and charming voice rather than mocking type but still cool voices and that's Junichi Suwabe specialty. If you don't know him He voice Aizawa from MHA, Aomine Daiki from Kuroko no basket, Grimmjow from Bleach, and Yami from Black Clover.

Hwajin Na is basically Aizawa if he actually gave a damn about being a teacher.
This is the most accurate manhwa school problem, and the way hierarchy in schools can be corrupted.
Whoever came up with the law to stop teachers from punishing their students must surrender themselves to a laboratory for study, somehow they're surviving without a brain.
Well this is a controled discipline method. While i do agree that the usual more in law terms discipline is really unefective, giving anyone unlimited power is a bad thing. What can stop a teacher to hit randomly a student then?
I think is ok if is only to discipline delinquents like this only.
And both the students and the teachers should be hold accountable if something bad happens.
I believe that this is actually decently believable. My mum told me that the high schoolers there are ruthless due to how the juvenile laws are structured.

As a kid who got bullied a lot in school, I think if a teacher isn't able to discipline their students without violent means then they weren't a good teacher to begin with. These types of teachers are usually more focused on showing authority rather than teaching their students; They tend to go on weird power trips and don't give a shit about their students. I got harassed a lot by these types of teachers in school, mostly due to my learning disability. So, as a manhwa concept, it seems pretty cool and interesting, but on a more real perspective, this would be royally screwed.
This manhwa would be a hit as a live action.

I read some of it. My biggest complaint is that it's difficult to feel attached to these characters, when you know it'll be a new school in a few months. Why care about someone's backstory if it'll be a new person in 5-10 chapters. It's a great concept, but it just wasn't for me.

There are recurring characters from some of the schools. Even if the students and teachers would never be seen again, Mr. Na is the main character, with Hanrim as the deuteragonist. It's Na who has a major overarching story and whose character motivation is tied to the establishment of the TRPA, who even has an antagonist to face later on. Those other characters don't have to continually pop up.

Humans trying to abuse the law for their own well being while hurting others in the process, shows how fucked up "Justice" really is. It can easily be jumped over and looped arround, while no one will try to aknowledge it because they are too indiferent to care. This Manga is very harsh and violent, but sometimes, it actually doesn't look all that far fetched, and the notion of this fact makes me sick.

I decided to to read maybe just 1 or 2 chapters of this manga series, but I soon found myself completely engrossed in them. Good stuff! There's a chapter where he deals with a self-righteous feminazi teacher shoving SJW nonsense down elementary school kids' throats and Hwajin Na forces her to see her own hypocrisy and the disastrous results of her awful teaching methods. I'm on chapter 72 so far.
I'm surprised how little people are mentioning what happened with the series. I guess it makes sense, intrudiction to the series and all. I'm still pretty interested in seeing of positions on what happened.

@@RGAhmad11series went on hiatus just before the chapter was translated. But the chapter, according to the author, was meant to “tackle” discrimination and oppression committed in a school setting. Unfortunately it was poorly executed. The author made it so that the black students were the bullies and discriminating against Korean student, the author decided to drop the N-word, hard R. Said by a Korean character. I did not read the chapter so I may have gotten some information wrong or left information out but most of this was discussed on r/webtoon
