Really well done! I'm also testing the deck since a few weeks now and yeah it is really great and also fun. I'm sure a lot of decks will have problems against this deck. You did a great job!
It has far too many problems on its own. Hands can lose to 1 hand trap often enough to where it counts if you’re playing the pure build. Gold sarc being hit by removal before you can do anything hurts too. Ofc there's gandora's 4k cost for it to activate an opponents ash. I personally love the deck myself and will probably "retire" any other deck until we get something like this for bakura 😅 I think the new dm card helps and we're 2 cards away from having a good archetype imo.
@@BonesYGO I just can’t see this being any relevant on the tiers, if you splash it with a lot of hand traps the deck looses consistency despite having 1 card combos. I was also thinking about runicks; but my problem was that even with that they don’t really get a lot of the runick stuff. Like, it’s just Gandora summon but you’re skipping battle phase so maybe you can’t go for game. I think this deck needs some sort of fusion support lol.
yeah currently its rough. Playing runick makes it so you have to gandora/gold sarc first which can make it pretty predictable. That said, it does provide a lot of benefits. The horus/wakaushi build is also interesting. Initially when I made that video on reveal, the idea was to have cards your opponent would prefer targeting over gold sarc. The sacrifice comes with going 2nd slots, and lack of floodgates makes playing the deck a bit harder. Photon lord protection can be kind of nice though. We’ll see as time goes, I have some other ideas that I’ve yet to show because I’m still kind of working everything out.
Awesome profile! Been messing with this build in Omega and Edopro. My issue right now is protecting the Gold Sarcophagus from traps and spells once I negated some with the other cards. Voicless has a trap card that can destroy Gold Sarc and it's been very hard to keep going once that card is gone.
Appreciate that! :D that’s where i got the idea of runick, but the lack of going 2nd slots is rough. When I have more time I’ll definitely be revisiting this and checking back here because this is the only deck I’ll really be playing until we get something like this for bakura 💀
always use gandora/yugi engine first is how I went about it. Sometimes you may not even go for gandora and just go for ties also! Appreciate your comment :D

Cool video, but doesn't gandora conflict too much with the runick variant?
