- Hello and welcome back to Far Cry Primal! In today's episode we set out to explore the land of Oros. Well, mainly to hunt because I get easily distracted lol. But our overall goal is to track down the shaman Tensay and become a BEAST MASTER! Come join me on my journey as I hunt rare white deer, set bears on fire, fight off hordes of cannibals, and save fellow wenja.

Not playing survival mode in this game is crazy, it makes every piece of the game and all supplies important, gives context to everything you do, adds intrinsic rewards to capturing camps beyond just a new fast travel checkpoint, give it a try if you feel like you want more out of this gem
I think I have it set to hard, (idk what it's called), but idk how to switch it now that I've started. the game does feel fairly easy though, and the enemies aren't super threatening on hard mode. So I wish I would have set a higher difficulty
Bro... first of all thanks for the response and the consideration, unfortunately Survival Mode was a later free addon update which was an entirely new game mode, try typing into youtube 'far cry primal survival mode changes the game' and something like that will come up from Ubisoft showing you the gist of it.
I understand not being able to restart once your viewers are invested but the opportunities for adding more thrills and excitement and tension into the content might be worth making a pilot episode on Survival Mode and seeing what the viewers think @@Rooster_Gaming

That was ballsy attacking the mammoth this early in the game. I was only able to kill mammoth when I had the max bow that shoots two arrows at a time for the cost of one arrow from your quiver

if the sabertooth things pops on up on the map go to it!!! Bc the sabertooth is the easyesd one to take dont go for the wolf or bear go first for sabertooth second the wolf and third the bear bc the sabertooth one you have to get its hp down then go tame it and I like seeing you play far cry primal and good name!

Good thing since fishing season was a bit slow this year so I have enough to hold out through the winter.

Irish elk is just the common name, and megaloceros is the genus. I wish they were still around, they are so cool
This was my first far cry game and trust me it's going to get hard but all together you can tame every predator

Challenge For COTW you can pick the map between |Emerald Coast| Revontuli Coast| Layton Lakes|. You have to kill every species on the map only using a bow. Good Luck

Rooster i have all tbe beasts tbe best one is the scar bear hes so op youll be so happy when you tame him but you have too fight him first just like some of the others
You should tame a sabertooth or a bear because you can ride on them wich makes travelling way easier (sabertooth is fastest)
