yo, I think you should do this concept, but with only 30 seconds of random gameplay. ideally including the kickoff. and breakdown every 4 seconds of gameplay with 2 minutes of information. My thinking is for example your kickoff after the first goal in the beginning (2 minute mark or so) you say something about the kickoff, but there is so much information that could be said. Not like, kickoff information about kickoffs in their entirety, but like okay plats make it your goal to kickofff with a flip of any sort. Diamonds remember that the direction you flip is generally where the ball goes, champs you should look at the opposing player and angle this way. GCs this* is a detail that will win you more kickoffs. Also you should consider learning a speedflip.
At the exact 2 minute mark, as a forever stuck just under C1 player who has played long enough to know they suck now (thats a key difference in Diamond, knowing you suck and thinking you're better than you are lmao) I would be thinking that maybe cutting up early for me was actually the reason I got scored on. Maybe saying something like, I made the right play for sure this is why.
I like it, I'll try to produce an informational video with concepts like that!

15:40, Mort challenged, or went for a hinderance in order to disrupt the shot he inevitably got. The reason for the challenge is he wanted to rotate back post, so he would have time if there was any touch at all. There was a big boost waiting for his landing to be ready for the play. It would've been a great decision if it worked. If that's a bad call let me know! I'd have went for similar on a lower level play.
It's a good challenge!! But how Mort, goes about it. Is super poor. He has to make sure he either hits the ball or bumps the guy otherwise he just throws off the defense for no reason
I like you commentating your thought process as it is very insightful. However for me it was a bit too much information. My suggestion would be to do it as a replay analysis, then you could give even more details and background, but I also like the live commentary. To pick up the suggestion of another commentor, I would not go with random 30 secs of gameplay, but first do live commentary as in this video and then after the game is done pick some key situations and go over them in more detail. But in the end this is your channel and you should do the type of content you want to do and not what random strangers on youtube write in the comment section :D

Idk if you'll see this but I have a couple "big" questions:
When you are given a "moment" or space by the opponent are you predicting how they (your opponents) might react to your touch?
I understand that it might come natural now, but have you specifically thought about that in the past in order to "train it" to be natural; if it is natural?
If I am correct about that, does it work across lower ranks consistently enough to be worth applying at all times?
and if it doesn't work across all ranks what do you do different at a lower rank -say below low GC2- in substitute of it?

Those last 2 are because I do understand that lower ranks have NO IDEA what is possible with mechanics so faking something like a hard touch to side wall with the intent to control it would not be read they might see it as you booming the ball away.
This perception of "How will my opponent respond" is not something I thought of in this way before. Your fake at 0:58 made me realize that I don't do stuff like this ever... and it made me think about why I don't. I then realized that I am not looking at how my opponents may respond to a play more advanced that a generic shot or pass. It also made me realize that my weakness is efficiency on "mechanical plays" where I usually just end up being forced to 50/50 or just having it shut-down. I know that if I could "play it around them" better I could score out of these mechanical plays, at least more frequently. Not to mention potentially giving myself more opportunities to go for them with cleaner setups as demonstrated in that moment at 0:58 and several other moments throughout. This all fits into the frame work of game-sense where this thought process may just develop more naturally for some people without the extra thought that I've put in; so you may think I am over thinking it, but these thoughts always lead to something for me.
I realized I need to give my tm8s more space (and them for me as well), so I went into game with this mindset and was demo’d repeatedly by my own team.
