I never thought Casino Park would sound so good in 16-bit Genesis sound font. The Music in general for Casino Park feels like a paradise of fun. Anyway, I love the fun remix JX. :)

No JX made rules against commissioning an entire soundtrack all at once like that. It's more likely a person or a few different people just like the Sonic Heroes soundtrack and it simply gets commissioned song by song.
Honestly, I think the casino stages in Heroes are really overhated. Sure they're pretty janky, but I always found them vibrant, explorative and have awesome music tracks. Though on the topic of jank, I love the detail of Tails clipping on the slots.
