Fabulous interview. So good to hear from a coach comfortable enough with himself not to have to give stock answers.

Great interview/discussion guys & most impressive van Graan: remarkable grasp of the game & powers of recall and shows great respect for and credit to others; such a good example and great for the game of rugby as a whole. One can’t help but feel he has the goods to go far as a coach; any side that gets him is very fortunate indeed.

Between Van Graan, Franco Smith, Ackerman, Stick, Hawies Fourie, Davids, Ludeke and others we have strong coaches to work under Rassie and eventually carry on his legacy

Great to see him doing well at Bath!
I reckon he was hard done by the Munsters!
Having said that, it takes a certain type of Man to wrestle the Munsters into shape, and I reckon the systems he introduced just didn't have time to gel!

Did you see how he ran Munster to the ground?
      They had a pathetic attack.
The year he left the won the URC and play amazing rugby. (Not a Munster fan)

Graham Roundtree with the same player and also a lot less experience won the URC.

The secret ?? Yes a great coach who has got a good squad playing great rugby but let’s be honest , the main reason is money !! The ability of the owner to pay an astronomical wage to Finn Russell
