hiii, before bed I put it into 3 scrunchies (1 in the from and 2 in the back) and put my bonnet over it... by the third/4th day I started wearing it as a high puff.. and I am not too sure on the work out part..maybe for that particular week spread the workouts further apart lol
That is beautiful black hair. Why don't more black women wear their hair this way. So much better than weave or wigs. Accents her features so much better.

Natural beauty builds confidence, and shows the true beauty of women of color. Even the smallest things speak more to you daughters, then anything the world has to say. Give them love of self, but they have to see you love you first. Rock them curls ladies .

Your opinion is just that. Hair is an accessory at the end of the day. Just because someone wears a necklace doesn't mean they don't like their neck. It's more respectful to be open minded about someones Choice in life because beauty is inherent it isn't superficial and that's what should be taught to everyone not just presentday or future daughters. People should Love themselves Regardless of whether they get another's approval or disapproval, which in turn makes your opinion irrelevant. I disagree that all weave or wigs look fake. Women should embrace their options and men should stop trying to discredit women who are independent enough to do things to their own liking as opposed to bowing to the male opinion. I would rather a woman be happy regardless of whether she was bald, greying, natural, relaxed, or had weave than to feel depressed because she was searching for acceptance.
