i saw it strange when you said he is released, coz romanian jurisdiction system kinda operates simmilar as in my country, for such charges he is facing ( plus a fact he left UK soon as he found he is under investigation), there is no way he would be released ( there is no bail system for such charges) and in fact if UK police wants him in their custody then he will be transfered to UK ( and that can only be done if UK provides solid proofa of charges), plus no one ever gets arrested for such charges if there is no solid ground for it. and we all know his mentality and i am pretty sure he had same in romania and there is possiblity he step onto someone's daughter or sister or gf who is tougher than him ( romanians have very simmilar mentality like slavic people when it comes to family,), so he will have one more charge under romanian jurisdiction or male family members will take things into their hands. but if the charges proves to be true ( and it seems it is going into that direction) there is big posibility it will be not just one country thing, but whole europol/interpol international investigation and charges. i dont think he will be out any time soon...
It's entirely possible that the charges are true, although I believe that the presumption of innocence is a very important part of the legal system. He is not currently (at least to information that is available to the public) wanted by the police in the UK. While it is true that he faced similar charges here, it's also true that the CPS dropped the charges against him after discovering messages from the two women accusing him, threatening him personally in the days before that they would get him back for firing them with the exact claims that they went to the police with, along with further messages between the two of them getting they're stories straight and laughing about it. Further to this he was in London a few days before his arrest in Romania, if the police wanted him,they would have picked him up then, he was live on pierce Morgan and had obviously flew in so they would have known by his entry to the country. Like I stated before the accusations could be legitimate, but there is undoubtedly motive for these girls to lie too for potentially massive financial benefit. If you couple that with the very strange story of an American woman voluntarily flying to Romania to start a relationship with him, to only later after her boyfriend finding the Instagram photos and reaching out to her then claim that she was there against her will. I don't like the guy, but honestly it wouldn't surprise me whichever way this goes.

for a job was fake, there is no family under the name and adress in UK where she was suppoused to work, her entrance into UK was recorded, adress where she and other girls were forced to report was fake.. 7 years were needed to track her and bring her home. still after coming home and for next 2 years, she was suffering from some kind of a stocholm syndrome that she was so affraid of them ( even tou whole group is in jail) that she would defend them, saying it was not so bad they fed them. years later she said, they made a clear point that they have all their datas and any given time they can just pay someone to kill their whole families back home, bring sisters there to make money of them.. those things are never black and white, people who are into that stuff are usualy known ( saville What I was saying was that the evidence here showed that the girls were blackmailing him and conspiring between themselves. This doesn't prove that it didn't happen, just that they discredited themselves as witnesses, meaning they couldn't be relied on in court to tell the truth, as the whole case rested on these womens testimonies it was thrown out. I do hope sincerely that if the allegations are true he is imprisoned for as long as possible, I also sincerely hope that if they are false he is released. One of the issues that we have today is that there is no recourse for women who make false claims against men. On top of this Tate is a very divisive figure, meaning that half of the world believes he can do no wrong and the other believes him guilty without evidence. One worrying thing is that the judge has already stated that part of the reason he has been held is on the grounds that the public are demanding justice, and he can't justify releasing him on these grounds. This may only be a small part of the equation but there should be no room for politics in a criminal trial.

I had never heard of Andrew Tate before your first video. WOW! Why do people like these people on the internet (or in politics) that treat others so badly? I don't get the attraction.
Really never understood why some straight men treat women so poorly and see them as less than. It's crazy. I don't understand how that mind-set even happens. Tate is such a relic from the 80's ,nothing new, innovative or original about him whatsoever..He just copy pasted the character of Frank TJ Mackey ( played by Tom Cruise) in the movie " Magnolia" & other mysoginistic scam artists like him🙄🤯😵
i saw it strange when you said he is released, coz romanian jurisdiction system kinda operates simmilar as in my country, for such charges he is facing ( plus a fact he left UK soon as he found he is under investigation), there is no way he would be released ( there is no bail system for such charges) and in fact if UK police wants him in their custody then he will be transfered to UK ( and that can only be done if UK provides solid proofa of charges), plus no one ever gets arrested for such charges if there is no solid ground for it. and we all know his mentality and i am pretty sure he had same in romania and there is possiblity he step onto someone's daughter or sister or gf who is tougher than him ( romanians have very simmilar mentality like slavic people when it comes to family,), so he will have one more charge under romanian jurisdiction or male family members will take things into their hands. but if the charges proves to be true ( and it seems it is going into that direction) there is big posibility it will be not just one country thing, but whole europol/interpol international investigation and charges. i dont think he will be out any time soon...
It's entirely possible that the charges are true, although I believe that the presumption of innocence is a very important part of the legal system. He is not currently (at least to information that is available to the public) wanted by the police in the UK.
While it is true that he faced similar charges here, it's also true that the CPS dropped the charges against him after discovering messages from the two women accusing him, threatening him personally in the days before that they would get him back for firing them with the exact claims that they went to the police with, along with further messages between the two of them getting they're stories straight and laughing about it.
Further to this he was in London a few days before his arrest in Romania, if the police wanted him,they would have picked him up then, he was live on pierce Morgan and had obviously flew in so they would have known by his entry to the country.
Like I stated before the accusations could be legitimate, but there is undoubtedly motive for these girls to lie too for potentially massive financial benefit. If you couple that with the very strange story of an American woman voluntarily flying to Romania to start a relationship with him, to only later after her boyfriend finding the Instagram photos and reaching out to her then claim that she was there against her will.
I don't like the guy, but honestly it wouldn't surprise me whichever way this goes.
@@markallen5516 man like him are very known in my country and whole region, there were many like him, coz during the 90ties and war time they build all kinds of ''business'' and ''contatcs'', simply after some time they become burden to others like them) he at the end will end up in jail under those charges or some others, or will bribe the whole system and went free or dead. majority of men like him end up dead. when man talks about choking, grabing for the neck and punching in the head, then raping afterwards, or on camera smacking the hell out of slovakian girl just coz she said something wrong, you know he is sick in the head. men like tate at the end end up 6 feet under coz they or step onto wrong person's person, meet someone way tougher ( but more calculated who operates on a way larger scale) who simply deals with them. in my country there was a time when expensive cars would be blown into air with known man in it, reports of this or that known man being shot or died under suspicious. the word known man was a synonim for people who become rich with trading drugs, trafficking of men/women/children, stealing and reseling humanitarian aid, weapon smugglers etc. they all ended up same, dead, few who left are or in jails all over the world or back in their homeland faceing same with time.. men like him are always guilty of something.their personality and mentality is so toxic and corupted that their brains tricks them into thinking they are untouchable.

put it like this, if someone manipulates you, you come into their country, they took your passport, made you to do role playing in front of camera and with time you become too old or they get bored with you and ditch you, coz they found replacement, but treatment you get from them was so vile and bad that you will defened them even after you are ''safe'' and someone else made accusion of them. trafficking and abusion is not black and white. it is very well organised and people who manage to get out of it for a very long time will defend the perpetuators coz their lives and lives of people they care for are on the line. my ex girfriend's sister back in 1999 or 2000 went to UK by her own free will to work as a nanny, when she landed man who she should meet was there, took her to a van and in a van there were 5 other girls, from romania, serbia, bulgaria, hungary and if i remember good slovakia and one other man and woman. as soon as they requested their passports from them, she knew she is in a deep trouble and there is no way to get out of it. for year and half they allowed them supervised contats with family and friends over phone, they always had to say they are fine everything is fine, they went to far that they staged photo shoots with kids to send back home. after year and half no one was able to astiblsh contact with her. family took steps, to find out advert for a job was fake, there is no family under the name and adress in UK where she was suppoused to work, her entrance into UK was recorded, adress where she and other girls were forced to report was fake.. 7 years were needed to track her and bring her home. still after coming home and for next 2 years, she was suffering from some kind of a stocholm syndrome that she was so affraid of them ( even tou whole group is in jail) that she would defend them, saying it was not so bad they fed them. years later she said, they made a clear point that they have all their datas and any given time they can just pay someone to kill their whole families back home, bring sisters there to make money of them.. those things are never black and white, people who are into that stuff are usualy known ( saville for example, epstain when it comes to mor eknown figures), have an image of outstanding citizens, fans and followers, while there is whole army of men and women doing dirty jobs for them. tate is a narristic man, his ego will end him. if anyone wants to extract money from him, they would come with more simple things, blackmailing usualy comes from things someone done and usualy is ilegal things, people who have nothing to hide, would go str8 to police when someone try to blackmail them. where is smoke, there is fire. if someone is holding you almost a hostage, makes you do things and things leak out, you for sure will say oh it was roll playing.. even if he is innocent when it coms to trafficking, he for sure is not innocent for beating and abusing women. his own words says all, i saw a messed with. i had a friend who was a golden boy, he would not harm an ant, until he slapped his gf in front of us, we were wtf dude, to find out he regulary beats her, to point of broken bones. things ended up on a way her own brother put him into a hospital for 5 months and 3 months rehabilitation afterwards, he left the city, he was tough and strong, the ''real'' man until someone tougher came on the way. and i was the one who told my ex boyfriend ( coz he was dating her brother back then) what is going, i knew my ex bf will tell him and family will take care of it, coz our jurisdicition system was crap back then, but i thought they will remove her from him, did not think he will do what he did. not perfect now our legal system, back then it was corrupcted and vile coz high profile criminals and small thugs would just bribe anyone to get free, so often families of victims took care of stuff. recently we had a case where young man killed 4 drug dealers, coz they constnaly were molesting his younger brother, extracting money from him, forcing him to do stuff for them, so he dealt with them after whole system failed. i do not approve what he done, but whole nation looks at him as a hero. we had a case where man was smashing gir's head into a sink a caffe bar, her father done same to him after he was released from custody, cctv camera had whole thing recorder and they let him go, so father took things into his hands. whole region where i live is filled with people like tate, eventualy people get fed up with them and when legal system fails, people take care of it.. coz men like him become too cocky, coz of their own ego. when i saw his videos, it was like watching various men from my country who ended up same and things they wwere chaged with, @@boredutopia Again I agree completely, if he is guilty he should rot, if he is guilty and there isn't enough evidence to convict then I would have no issue with the girls families getting they're own justice.
What I was saying was that the evidence here showed that the girls were blackmailing him and conspiring between themselves. This doesn't prove that it didn't happen, just that they discredited themselves as witnesses, meaning they couldn't be relied on in court to tell the truth, as the whole case rested on these womens testimonies it was thrown out.
I do hope sincerely that if the allegations are true he is imprisoned for as long as possible, I also sincerely hope that if they are false he is released.
One of the issues that we have today is that there is no recourse for women who make false claims against men.
On top of this Tate is a very divisive figure, meaning that half of the world believes he can do no wrong and the other believes him guilty without evidence.
One worrying thing is that the judge has already stated that part of the reason he has been held is on the grounds that the public are demanding justice, and he can't justify releasing him on these grounds. This may only be a small part of the equation but there should be no room for politics in a criminal trial.
Roly just out of interest I watched some TH-cam videos of his diatribe and wow, he is so out of touch but also very preachy. I can unfortunately see how people become sucked in to his way of thinking. He spouts a lot of personal opinion without any fact or substance but he does it in a way that, if you do buy into it (cough cough) makes you feel like you’re a part of something special. Allot of his Incel fans only say stuff to defend him, to soften his views and try to recruit and radicalise more young men who don't fully yet understand the context of his Hate speech and crimes. I am sure they know what he does and probably completely agree with him and his actions towards women. They want his lifestyle. I have to think about Natalie's (Contrapoints) videos about Incel's and her coming forwards about having allot to do with these communities as a younger person when she was struggling with being trans and worrying about bone structure. In her experience it was allot of putting each other down to feel safer as a larger community.

The thing about men like Tate is that they are narcissists with inflated egos and they get cocky. There's a true crime channel I follow where the much repeated catch phrase is don't write down your crimes. Tate has been doing just that on social media and if I was a cop, something like that would at least make me feel like this is somebody whose activity should be kept an eye on. He's also incredibly stupid for believing that he can just waltz into Romania and act like some crime boss without consequences just because it's a country in Eastern Europe. Romania is part of the EU and things are improving there fast. They are working with other countries against human trafficking and they have laws against discrimination. While corruption is high there, I'd just love to see Tate trying to bribe the police in his current situation. I doubt Romanian prisons are particularly nice places to be.
