- Donald Trump has slammed his "rigged" and "disgraceful" hush money trial after being found guilty on all 34 counts. Read his statement in full below.
“This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who was corrupt” Trump said.
“It was a rigged trial, a disgrace.
“They wouldn’t give us a venue change.
“This was a rigged, disgraceful trial. The real verdict will be on November 5 by the people and they know what happened here and everybody knows what happened here.
“We have a Soros-backed DA and we didn’t do a thing wrong.
“I”m a very innocent man and it’s okay, I’m fighting for our country. I’m fighting for our constitution.
“Our whole countyr is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden administration in order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.
“I think it’s just a disgrace. We’ll keep fighting, we’ll fight to the end and we’ll win.
“Our country’s gone to hell. We don’t have the same country anymore, we have a divided mess.
“We’re a nation in decline, serious decline.
“Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and they’re taking over our country.
“We have a country that’s in big trouble but this was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case, never.
“And we will fight for our Constitution. This is far from over.”

When your TDS is so bad you defend the indefensible and try and twist words and facts. Perhaps Ben should listen to some of the most credible attorneys on this absolute Frankenstein case. 1. An NDA and payment is not illegal. 2. Statue of limitations had passed on this misdemeanour 3. A misdemeanour charge that was 'elevated' so some nebulous unnamed other federal crime charge that was NEVER defined by Alvin Bragg at the outset. 4. Alvin Bragg refused to prosecute previously. 5. The FEC found no case to answer. 6. The Feds found no case to answer. 7. Judge Merchan donated illegally to Joe Biden. 8. Merchan's daughter raises millions for Democrats (two obvious conflicts of interest). 9. Merchan refused to allow former FEC Chairman to testify who confirmed a hush money payment is NOT a campaign violation. 10. Merchan did not require a unanimous decision on which 'underlying' crime was committed from the jurors, it could be (WTAF??). So this is just a layperson not a clevaaahhh journalist laying out the blatant issues with this politically motivate case.

Let me see if I understand Gorka's argument. The judge (allegedly) violating campaign finance rules = bad. Trump violating campaign finance rules = nothing to see.

My (admittedly cursory) reseach indicates that, from a salary around $210,000, he donated $35 in total to Biden, a get-out-the-vote campaign, and a get-out-the-vote-cos-republicans campaign.
35 dollars total. Less than he earns in an hour.
It's sub-optimal optics, but is considered a trivial amount of money, and not a breach of ethics rules.
$15.50 donation to a party pac is not much.

The accomplishments are all true, especially concerning the black and Hispanic community which is why they are voting for Trump in record numbers. Trump also gave millions to black colleges (Universities) and repealed laws that disproportionately imprisoned black men.

They have to be unanimous it was for at least one other possible crime (predicate crime) , but not which crime. They were given three example crimes, but he wasn't charged with the predicate crime.

Then the former Manhattan DA looked into it, and opted not to prosecute.
Then Alvin Bragg looked into it, and opted not to prosecute.
And then Trump announced he was running for a second term, and all of a sudden dead misdemeanors get bumped up to 34 felonies to extend the statute of limitations. And no one can articulate the underlying crime the falsified records were pursuant to.
