Heyo, Ray! I'm a size 16-18 US, 5ft 1in and weigh 200lbs, and I often lack self-confidence; especially, when I'm riding around others who are slender and look "model perfect" on their horses. I find myself dreading riding in front of people. When I go for a trail ride (or "hack"), I tend to hide my curves and wear oversized and baggy clothing, which is dangerous because loose clothes can easily get caught during a fall). I haven't shown in years because I'm too afraid of how I'll look. I just wanted to say that I'm sooooo happy I found your channel! Your content has given me the courage to start showing and taking my horse off the farm again. I have more confidence in myself, feel better wearing clothing that is safe and fits my curves. And, honestly, I think I'm riding better. I'm no longer riding super stiff and trying to make myself "appear" thinner--I'm riding to have good balance, have better communication with my horse, and have fun. Ingatestone is such a great place, but also my money taker 🤣🤣. Last time I went, I only went in for a new fly spray and came out with 3 saddle pads and matching ear bonnets and loads of treats 😂. Forgot to get the fly spray 🤣🤣xx
There’s somewhere like this near me called houghton country and every time I go in there it’s for something essential like a new broom or some treats and then I come out with something like a new grooming brush or headcollar if I don’t have much money and if I’ve got enough I come out with a full matchy set 🤣 it’s so bad but I love it so much it’s addicting 🤣🤣
I saw a video last night of a tack shop in Wellington, FL and wanted to go to that. After seeing this, I need to travel over there from the US just to go to that tack shop. I would be plotting on moving in. 😍😍

Ingatestone were very rude about the fact I couldn't wear a face mask, made me feel like a crininal, unfortunately I won't ever go there again
They probably weren’t rude it’s just mandatory that you wear a mask.
