Greetings from the U.K. My first car was a 1974 Renault 12 TS in bright yellow with a black roof. Happy memories of this car, it served me well, but like most ‘70s cars, it was a rust bucket!
My parents bought one of these in the 1970s. They attached a towbar for a caravan. When they hitched the caravan up; the back of the car nearly touched the ground and the front pointed up to the sky. We then drove to Wales on our holiday like that. Then they installed spring assistors which negated the brilliant soft suspension at the back.
My grandmother use to drive me around in one of these here in Australia in the 80s and 90s.. I have fond memories of it, although by the time I hit high school I was embarrassed to be picked up in it with its unique but aged 70s styling and faded green paint 🥺😅 and would prefer to be picked up in dad's Monza Red 1979 Ford Falcon XD sports pack - which has been a lifelong love as I currently own a black 2008 V8 Ford falcon XR8 in showroom condition.. I'd not be embarrassed to own or be driving the Renault 12 today,, it's no XR8 but it's a unique car with nice interior and dash design and I have very fond memories of it 😊
@@sangeetamishra5071 Sell what? My XR8 ?? I would sell my car for the right money... But I'm not looking to sell .. if someone came up and offered me $40,000 for it, I'd probably sell it for that much.
No es ningún Renault TS, el motor no corresponde, el TS era un motor 1600 de 2 Gargantas, y ese motor es de un Renault 12 TL motor 1300 de 1 garganta. El cofre no corresponde, faltan luces de ayuda de reversa que venían aparte, el volante no corresponde al TS, los Rines de TS eran especiales, los asientos de cabecera un poco distintos, las defensas eran más cuadradas y bueno ...aún así no deja de estar u auto muy bonito pero es un Renault 12 TL, con varios aditamentos de 12 TS

Es una version turca deste modelo,eso explica porque hay tantos diferencias entre las versiones francesas,espanolas y turcas.
