    Astral projection guided meditation for OBE and lucid dreaming.
    Guided meditation or hypnosis session that can be used on a regular basis to practice astral projection or out of body experience, OOB or OBE.
    Sometimes known as lucid dreaming as you are experiencing yourself outside your own body. This guided meditation will induce lucidity or astral projection, with practice and patience.
    It may not work the first time but persistence is the key here. To activate this experience you must fully be ready, willing and allow yourself to be immersed in this guided meditation or hypnosis session. This audio will help with getting you into you astral body, you will feel as if you are floating or flying. You will be able to travel to places you want to and see people, it is basically another realm beyond the physical. The activation is from the pineal gland.
    Meditation practice and being one with yourself will help build up to what can be described as a truly exhillarating experience.

    I listened to this for the first time last night and the experience was nothing compared to all the other lucid dream sounds and hypnoses. Your voice immediately soothed me and i felt like i trust you with my whole heart. Of course I didn’t manage to exit my body fully. I was able to move my astral fingers at first, starting with the pinky. Your guidance was a bit fast pace for me, because at the time you were talking about hovering over my physical body i was still trying to move my astral hands. I tried to focus on it really hard and at some point i was moving them freely and began to see vague outlines of my room the exact same way as my baseline i set for myself before closing my eyes. At this point you’ve stopped talking and I could fully concentrate on trying to lift my head and look around the room. I had to put my whole willpower to do it. The moment i torn apart my astral head from my physical one i scared myself so bad i snapped awake unintentionally and moved my hands. I knew the experience was over but it left a feel of wonder and excitement. It was so surreal. I know I’m able to do it. I feel it. Can’t wait for the night to come again. Thank you for guiding me. Really. :)

    I had the weirdest experience! So when i thought that it wasn't going to work I put my computer away and took my earbuds out but then i suddenly fell asleep. And when i woke up this morning my lab top was open and my earbuds were in!

    Super video!!! Tried 3 times so far has not worked yet but for a couple seconds I could see the wall through my closed eyes very clearly and it surprised me and I opened my eyes. Will continue trying. Excellent job this is a gem of a video!

    Wow! I felt light as a feather, felt like I was levitating! I came out of my self flew around my room for a while, watched my self in bed from the ceiling and decided to go out the window and explore! I saw my neighbours, one pole dancing and others just watching tv, decided to go down the road and to my high street, and decided to come back and fly back through my window and lower myself back into me laying in bed! And felt a heaviness feeling when laying down onto my real body, and opened my eyes! I have always done things like this since a child, so I find this type of meditation enjoyable and easy to achieve! Haven’t done one in whilst, so this was great! Thank you :)

    i’ve been trying to astral project forever now and I think this time it almost worked. when you said lift your head up I didn’t lift it but I felt like a tingly light feeling lift up and then I started freaking out on accident and ruined it

    I'm so pissed! I had my phone on mute with my earphones on to concentrate better and it was great I was feeling everything he was saying, then 17 min in boom someone calls me and my phone blasts. My heart literally dropped and I woke up supper shook to see my manager was calling.... ughhh, about to try again .

    Help!! How do I move beyond sleep paralysis?!?!? I had sleep paralysis. No joke. Eyes opened, saw a white spirit in another dimension. I couldn’t move, I was not afraid, but I can see how people can be. I wasn’t afraid because of the light and I know the universe/God is on my side.

    so far I've tried other methods and videos to help guide me to astral project but this one I've gotten faster results and I almost fully projected...I made it to the vibration stage and felt I was ready to go but soon after the vibration went away after at least 8 seconds of it...I think it might've been because I was getting to excited at the fact I was coming close to projecting for the first time...and although I didn't fully project I'm beyond happy with the attempt and will continue to use this method/video

    Yo this really powerful . So I was laying down & as much as I wanna astral project I was kind of like " just another guided meditation this ain't gone work " but when I tell you , I had fell asleep during you recording & woke up , but I heard screaming in my ears , like a loud screaming & like a buzz in my ear. & realized I couldn't move. I knew it was sleep paralysis & I wasn't scared, which was shocking. But the screams were annoying me . As I waited for you to talk again , I felt my body lift up but then settled down again because I got annoyed and started moving again. Thank for the recording trying this tonight !

    There are many techniques that trigger an OBE. For certain a clear, calm mind. I found that open eyes fixed at a light or shadow can help induce a sort of hypnosis. Consider other ways, ie. waking and sleeping. Energetic work before bed, prayer, meditation, work outs and very important, proper breathing.
    You will notice your brain waves shift, this a part of the initial phase. symptoms like stretching, hovering, vibrating occur entailing the energetic body is separating and or for lack of better word “ energetic charge up.” The charge may start with waves moving from feet to head, the currents speeds up covering your entire body and at that point stretching occurs. It feels like the fabrics are being stretched, torn. This is completely harmless yet it’s felt at a subtle clear manner. clear sounds like water drops will be crisp and super clear, however I have found multiple times that sounds during the initial phase of OBE are signs that the energetic body is already separated and or attracted to separate. Once you are aware of this, you know you will soon OBE. The next step is to have an intention to leave and have a point of reference. Think and intend to bilocate to specific reference point. Having a point of reference will allow for an easy OBE because at that vibrational rate everything is thought. Thought is the means to navigate and communicate. Clear, concise, direct, benevolent thoughts. Once the intention is set which by the way must be set before OBE, during initial “charge up” phase as I like to call it, the being will completely shift from the intra-physical experience which was felt during initial stage to the extra-physical experience locating you at the point of reference you pinned for yourself.
    Depending on the persons psych, beliefs and how concise the protocol to OBE was done, The extra-physical dimension, globe, frequency, plane may be different depending on the individual. You may experience a lower plane with low moral beings, you may experience the real time zone plane, what we call current time in human. It all depends on your intention and concise protocol. The reason why protocol is so important is because even at the OBE experience the visual faculties, skills, energies may be not be bright enough to power. For example in one occasion that I induced an OBE my astral eyes witnessed the energetic grid lines. Where as other occasions my visual skills, energies are there but not my astral body, meaning more mental plane then astral body. Any ways.     Very effective! I managed to reach the vibrational stage with this. However, I didn't anticipate my cat jumping on my lap! Having said that, I've listened to so many other guides/ hypnosis sessions & did not have such immediate success as I did with this one. Thank You!!

      I tried astral projection a dozen times and I'm still not close to the vibrational stage. The only sensation I do get are tingles.

    Hi and hello! :) ...what a fantastic experience this was...I am soo happy to hear that it is "normal" to go out of ones body...you see,it has happen quite a few times for me that i can take my hands up and wawe with Them as well as my legs too....but when ever I try to lift my head up I feel such a pain..in My bachhead so I cant go All out? but then often i wake up and I know I just went out in the kitchen and im surprised i lay in bed case i know i WAS out there...once i also met an older man Who couldent find his way home...I told him to go to the light and he answered "theres light everywhere" i also once had an experience with a lady Who ask if i want ed to touch her hands and see her....I remember she had the warmest hands and it surprised me bc i though she was a spirit and then cold😊 but she was so real and I can describe her very well. Anyhow,about astral p. i really Would Love to know were this pain come from and how to overcome it if you know some Thing about this?? Thank you so much!! I really was happy listen to this as its so Cloe to me....Thankyou❤

      +Adina8495 well, the pain can come from the discomfort of ur position when u re "out", ur muscle may stuck there so do abit of stretching before the practice can help XD.

    Damn this is the only video that made me feel like i was flying out of my body. but i can never fly out the feeling gets so intense. my heart starts to beat fast and for some reason even though im not afraid of anything the feeling just fades away. damn i have been traying it for sooo long but still no success

      I was the same! I felt my heart beating like crazy. But then all of a sudden I started to feel extremely light and I could feel. What I thought was, my body rising up and being carried, but because I felt so panicked I opened my eyes and stopped. Was my first go tbh

    i got the scariest tingles and felt like i was about to leave my body and got so scared and backed out. once i calmed down i tried again and it happened more intensely and i felt like i was in a wind tunnel or something and got super scared and stopped again

      I felt one time I was lifting fast up towards the ceiling/ eyes closed so didn’t see anything. That made my heart race and so it stopped.
      I didn’t try again for a long time. Here I am again and the other night another meditation sort of woke me up with knocking sounds. Turns out the sounds were not embedded. It sounded like a real knock on a door. Happened 2x.. like when you play a video game and they knock to talk to a character or alert you. I thought it was part of the video.
      Anyway, that is all I felt so far. Going to keep trying

    ❤Thank you for this epic meditation!! To step out of your body, turn around and look at the room and yourself is incredible. I can't believe what an experience this is! I wish I could think of more places to go. I'm stuck at some point during the meditation. Because I don't know where else to go.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

    Got about halfway through and then fell asleep, two and a half hours later woke up. Before flopping out though felt very relaxed and the tingling was happening. In any case it was a great sleep, remembered some parts of it on waking up. Will try again and see how it goes 😊.     this is my first time doing this but i lost feeling in my hands and then i thought my legs were moving further apart but i knew they weren’t. my mom walked in and for a solid thirty seconds i couldn’t feel anything

    Commenting before listening to this video. I tried one of your other videos and had my FIRST controlled lucid dream! First try too :) it was snowing and I could feel, see, and smell snow! I could walk and hear the crunch it was amazing! I have had sleep paralysis all through my life and not knowing fully what it was. I'm sure that is why when I found your channel I took to it so easily. Now I'm trying to get a handle and control it even better! Thank you so much!       Meditation Vacation your very welcome! I would say to just submerge your body and mind and relax. Don't try too hard or won't work. Lying on your back also helps the most for me while lucid dreaming. And if you do start to have a nightmare that you can feel turning into sleep paralysis just remember it's just a dream and to change it to whatever you want and it can go away and turn into the best lucid dream!! :)

    best tip I can give is practice for a few days without anything,,no music or guided ect,,,and just allow self to basically play beet went fallen andsleepllow answer staying aware,,notice images that appear inin our notice my signals with audio playing.. mind,,noises,,voices,,,,the last noises you hear before fallen asleep,,,when you have gotten used to these things then do the guided,,,because for me it was hard t

      hey not to bad I been struggling with lucid dreaming n astral travel but this video has gotten me to the paralysis part so so far so good I'm gonna have to try again when I'm not so sleepy

    Felt the tingling sensation. Im not sure why i couldnt get out of my body i could feel my hands moving but i could not sit up. Not sure why i even tired the rope technique but it just wouldn’t allow it. Imma try again tmw.

      You shouldn’t be astral projecting every night you should only do it two to 4 times every couple months

    The only reason why I’m scared to do it is because of sleep paralysis. I know once I get out I’ll be able to do anything bi won’t be scared. It’s just the thought of coming back to reality that scares me. Ughhhh. I’m going to try though tonight. If I have sleep paralysis I’ll just ignore it and go back to bed. This time unconscious and hopefully in the morning I’ll wake up normal.

    I couldn't get the outta body experience but I did feel tingling in my legs and feet I felt my body jeck like something was trying to get out but couldn't I'm just gon keep practicing a gud video love the back ground music the wind rain.a gud guide gon keep at it

      Try to stay as still as possible even if you want to scratch an itch. fooling the body you are asleep is a hard task but with practice you will get there.

    I sat up & turned around 180 degrees to look at myself & myself wasn’t there. Nothing but my pillows. Where did my self go? Lol😂😂 also please be up front with people & tell them there’s only 15 minutes of talk. Don’t say a video is “guided” & 45 minutes long when it’s only 15. That irritates me to no end with these videos. Or maybe my astral self is writing this

    Hi, I try listening to as many guided meditations as I can but this one seemed to work most, :) I got to very vibrational state, and flashing visuals but my heart rate increased quite a bit which became too much to ignore really, do you think I was close to leaving my physical body? I feel that I'm doing something wrong. Great guided meditation though, thank you.

      +Gareth Burrows I think sometimes it's a case of not controlling how you feel, you know when you stare at a spot somewhere then everything disappears after a while. The idea is to trick your body that you have gone to sleep whilst staying awake. Concentrate more on slowing your heartbeat down, the same as when you take notice of your breath you can slow it down. Try to be aware as if you were watching your own body.     If you do move do you have to start all over again? I have OCD and its hard for me because if I do move I can't just forget about it, I have to move EVERYTHING that feels like it needs to be moved for me to feel even. If I don't I cant be relaxed and then I cant concentrate, but if I do I start waking up. What do I do?

      I have ocd myself, although it's not extreme and mostly relates to numbers in increments of fives or even numbers. So if I lose myself to it I will completely detach from the guided meditation. The best shot would be to use a longer video that allows you to adjust and reset and regain your focus. It takes much pratice but I have achieved full oob experiences and hopefully you will as well.

      I have ADHD so I find it hard to keep still and not let my thoughts drift away onto something shit like what I need to do in the morning or what appointments I have on during the week lol ...
      Iv scrolled the internet to find these types of vids and most are no good but I’m using this guy more than others 😊

    I did this twice because the first my eyes opened and plus I needed to pee . Second time got tinkles was relaxed but still felt I was in my body. How long does it take to learn this 🦋🦋🦋

    Did anyone else hear a “whoosh” as they popped out of their body? So cool! This is the farthest I e gotten, but I haven’t actually been able to see anything. Everything continues to be black with like flashes of light every now and then (almost like someone in front of me or other shadows). How to I actually begin to see things (like me floating out of my body, the room I’m in, etc.)?

      I have learned that your mind is very powerful when you have control over it and I would say yes you can, with practice anything is possible. I don't mean to sound superhuman or anything but I, myself have overcome alot of circumstances in the last 4 years and done things which I thought my mind wouldn't let me do. That is great it worked, keep practising and you will get the Gian.....great name BTW!

    I am always turning back to my body at 14-16 minute of video. Once because of feeling like hard hitting my teeths by my jaw (i didnt make Any physicial move) and second time, when i had feeling like I am drowning and I had to make a rescue breathe.
    AM I do somethong wrong?

    This is really great and effective but every time you interrupt speaking also the silent white noise behind your voice stops and it irritates me so much... couldn’t concentrate until the end because of these levels of sound ...

    Am I slow or bad at trying to astral project because the pace of this video is way too fucking fast for me? I thought you had to wait until sleep paralysis to begin leaving your body? I was numb and that was it & he was telling me to trying and get up like what? Either I’m doing something way wrong or this is rushed.

      Ok I tried this again and I managed to get pretty close! Felt super tingly and like my soul was trying to leave my body but when he said to move I ended up actually moving my physical body and not my astral one. Gonna keep trying though :)

    I do enjoy listening to your voice but I feel short changed every time with these videos because most of them are just relaxing music with your guidance just taking up a very short period at the beginning. I don't think this is long enough for me to achieve any of the required states, sorry.

    if you make meditation or sleep videos or anything like that when you cut out the sound for such long periods of time when you're trying to edit the music in it sounds like TH-cam has gone off and it's very distracting this has multiple very abrupt complete dropped sound spaces that are very jarring in an exercise it like this

    This gave me my very first sleep paralysis. I got four of them in a row and another one the morning after. Thankfully I know what the deal is about and could quickly either escape or play around with almost instant lucid Dreams. It was both terrific and scary. I advice people to read about sleep paralysis too so they know what they might get into. Relax and wag your toes and you are almost instantly free.

      Sofie Stålhammar Another way to wake up is to breathe in irregular patterns. It makes your m8nd think that something is wrong, and wakes you up. Hope this helped!

      @@hamidsaffari6022 i noticed that they didn't reply so i thought i'd explain for you if you're okay with that. by irregular patterns all that's meant is instead of trying to even your breathing, (like when people say breath in ,counting to 5, breath out, counting to 5, etc) just to sort of breath unevenly, i believe. like after you've exerted physical energy or if you become frightened, when your breathing becomes slightly erratic and irregular. i believe that is what they are saying. i hope this helped explain :)

    I love this meditation but how can we be expected to fully leave our body in only 13 minutes? I look for astral projection videos that are over an hour long, and when they pull this, where the meditation ends less than halfway through the video? Its just disappointing. I get so close, somewhat into the vibrational stage, doing my own ladder technique visualizations, and then he suddenly says to sit up and im like "nah, i am not ready for that at all yet" and just lying in silence for twice the length of the mediation just doesn't do it for me either. Ive been so frustrated by this, that ive been planning on doing my own mediation videos one day. The day is getting closer and closer.

    Well I got so vibrated and my heart was pounding so fast in my chest. You got me relaxed so fast that I felt like I cant explain. I had few wves of lightness. And when I noticed that I hadn't fully astral project I just brought a happy memory of my dog and had fun with him in my mind. He was happy to see me and I imagined it as like I had astral projected. I got exited from the look 180 at your self.. So um lol didnt happen because my heart was so fast but I felt so close like I was suddenly in a different state❤

    I was using Bluetooth headphones and 12 minutes in they go "Battery Low" and it scared me so bad however the video was working

    Booyah I had weird lucid dreams, the trick is to wake up at about 1am and have a warm drink go back to bed with this playing honestly felt like hours that I was in my own head
