I was never able to beat Tengu Man. In part because his HP is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Tengu Man is harder in this game than in megaman 8.
I've played this Flash game before. Unless you have insane skill, it's impossible. Besides, I know the deal when playing as Fire Man. His power level goes down when he's in water. But his power level increases greatly when he touches fire.
How the hell did you even DAMAGE HIM?I hit him so many damn times but he lost no health whatsoever!
