Our men's mentality toward marriage responsibility needs to improve, especially when the woman is shouldering the financial burden. It is unfair to have the woman take the family responsibilities yet expect her to juggle all her obligations in the home without offering any support to take the weight off her. That man could have fixed dinner before the woman arrived from work. Such actions would lighten her burden and demonstrate a commitment to shared responsibilities within the family.
He could have equally been her brain box and helped her with some office assignments.
