Thanks for the video. Well filmed and edited. I hope it isn't the last time the whole 'Making Tracks' layout will be put on display as other comittments kept me away from the show, and I have a feeling the size of it can't be fully appreciated until you see it in the flesh.
I was at the show on the Saturday, gutted I didn’t catch you but I did get chance to meet a few familiar faces and Pete waterman himself who is absolutely lovely. Hopefully will bump into you at another show. Great video!
I think it was because the layout doesn't leave enough access space at each end for the crowd to move freely towards fire exits in the event of an emergency. I used to work live events and there are guidelines on the total width of exit points relative to crowd size. I think the risk assessment would have been rewritten to justify the crowd going in two directions, as the layout cut the hall in half effectively, but that's a guess.
Its nice to see some recent footage of Accuras class 31, really looking forward to them arriving. Its good to see that the buffer shanks on the oval buffers don't appear to have been picked out in silver like they were on their class 37. Silvered shanks is perfect for representing Oleos, but oval buffers weren't like that.
Crazy show, I was there Sunday, met a few fellow youtubers but missed Charlie Chadwick and John JMC and apparently your good self! Shame, I think we need a community TH-camrs show forum so we all know who is going to what and can organise a meetup.

It was a bit irritating having to walk round it all the time

@@LittleWicketRailway Apparently on Sunday, pointed out by other youtubers, but had scuttled off before I could catch up with him!
@@LittleWicketRailway He was pointed out to me by Andy Hudson, but by the time I got round to the other side of making Tracks, he had disappeared
