Seeing your videos and how to play LITERALLY every champ in the game makes me so much more confident to try new characters instead of staying with my comfort mages. Checked Lolalytics and it makes sense why Kled has been seeing more presence lately. He's overpowered sitting above a 54% winrate. If that winrate doesn't change, he'll be on the chopping block for a nerf, or a few of them.
what is the Haste limit? I feel like some champions like Ahri and Syndra have CDR limit. They can't spam skills after a certain % I have always felt that. I'm not entirely sure. I think Syndra's Q for example, can't past beyond 2 s CD. Ahri'd W and Orb are always around 3 seconds no matter the CDR you have. Haste feels like above 50% CDR changes the ultimate and longer CD skills. My charm is always on 6 seconds and W is fixed 3 s.
Ability Haste is logarithmic, so you’re going to get diminishing returns eventually. For reference, 25 AH is equal to 20% CDR, 100 AH is equal to 50% CDR, and 300 AH (the URF passive bonus) is about 75% CDR

The only limit to AH is the amount of sources you can get in-game, and the CDR you get from it is the same no matter who you buy it on. Because CDR is % reduction of a total cooldown, you're going to feel it more on abilities with longer cooldowns. Ahri and Syndra's cooldowns are in the 5 - 7 second range, so of course you're not going to feel like they're scaling past a certain point. 50% already needs 100AH, putting them at 2.5 - 3.5 seconds, and you'd need 150AH to get that to 60%, putting them at 2 - 2.8 seconds. That's only 0.5 - 0.7 seconds in difference. The problem is that these champions need stats like AP for damage, so you'd never get this much AH to begin with, nor would it be useful to have this much AH, since you're trading all that damage just to shave off a fraction of a second.
