Enhanced traits will be available for ALL the weapons from prophecy dungeon from the last patch and the most recent additions to trials(prophet and summoner), iron banner(tusk of the boar and multimach), and nightfall (wild style and the slammer) on release of the final shape
@@reynauldwhistles2338 kinda like how the raid adept weapons are, you grind for a roll you want. Then once you get that roll you can enhance the perks you get on it. Not crafting a roll, enhancing the perks on the gun pretty much

I farmed 3 days for keep away and target lock. Really happy it will be 6 weeks before I can do it again.

I feel your pain. i spent 40 hours farming an incan healclip darkest before. the best i could get on prosecutor was keep away tap the trigger with 68 base range
Love that you add the recoil per numbers, amazing attention to detail man!
This needs to be said: Bungie, the Recoil stat NEEDS streamlining and simplification.
It is already obtuse enough that 87 Recoil is actually worse than 85.
It is obtuse enough that 75 Recoil pulls one way, while 65 Recoil pulls the opposite way, and 70 somehow isn’t a happy medium between the two aforementioned stats.
Now, on top of that mess, specific weapons from specific sources have “custom” recoil patterns that are NOT optimized when the Recoil stat is 100?

For those who haven't gone into prophecy in a while, yes the best to farm is when it's the featured dungeon. But we have power crept so much the first boss is easily 1-phase with even an average fireteam that it's worth doing 3X a week on all characters because it literally takes 5--10 minutes a run.
Farmed it last week, banner of war + tractor cannon + 2 swords finished the boss in less than 10 seconds. With the skip to first encounter through the tube, we were finishing runs in

@@ImmaculateOtter When it's not the featured, your rewards are locked to one completion per character. But it's all RNG, so you could end up only getting armor.

It being an Arc 450 directly competes with and just offers better perks than my beloved adept Shadow Price. I’d love SP to get updated or refreshed, but this is great anyway.
Updated SP would be a an absolute must have. Thing slaps
Ngl I hope they make an updated shadow price and give it better pve perk combos than prosecutor.
Not make it a bad pvp weapon. But prosecutor's origin perk is a huge advantage. And SP is a nightfall weapon - its origin perks are great for pve.
What perks would y'all like to see on an updated Shadow price
Feeding frenzy and rewind in third column, voltshot and target lock in 4th column. I’d like to see an auto rifle with rapid hit someday

The recoil paters all listed on screen is the best thing you've done in these breakdowns. So helpful to see them all and know what each does instead of just assuming 100 is optimal. Good job
I got a hammer-forged, rico rounds, keep away, tap the trigger (stab mw) for my second drop. I decided to quit the prophecy grind while I was ahead and love it!
Frezy rewind rounds is my all time favorite perk combo for pve.
My daughter got that roll I tried it and I am jealous
I got some mid roll with rewind rounds and tap the trigger the day the update went live and played a few games with it. I thought to myself this is the best feeling auto rifle I've ever played with in this game. Good to feel vindicated because none of my clanmate believed me lol
The combo of rewind rounds and frenzy has to be one of favorite workhorse perk combos. Was lucky enough to get an old sterling with it and this season with unraveling rounds and horde shuttle it is feasting as if it was an exotic.
Was lucky enough last night it get a rewind/tap the trigger roll that I am now super excited to try out in crucible.

I remember when the non-sunset 450 autos we had access to used to suck but now we have several bangers. I used this with 80ish range, zen moment, TtT in trials and 6's on arc hunter and was very happy with it

I usually always use "fun" weapons that are unique and do more than just "pew pew" but man, I got a Rewind Rounds + Frenzy roll on this and it just feels good to use. It may provide 0 actual synergize with subclasses and may not be great at AoE like a Dragonfly and/or Voltshot roll might but man it just feels so darn good. (for PvE)

I had this gun on my og destiny 2 character back when i was on xbox, from trials of the nine. When i made the jump to pc around the time of Warmind, i didn't have it then. Has been trapped on my xbox character since forever ago. To have it back and it be so strong makes my oldhead heart sing

i used my dragonfly + target lock roll in trials last weekend.
i do not rely on the dragonfly proc, but when it does pop, it does squeeze that extra little bit juice out of a precision kill with some collaterals- like an infinite ammo cloudstrike (if the other targets are low enough on health).

I sure do like these 450's. I don't have one of these but my fragile focus/adagio Firefright is a great weapon that can outduel many other primaries in it's range (29-35m depending on perk activation status).
I have a crafted tripwire canary with enhanced dragon fly frenzy that is one of my favorite weapons to use. I can't wait to try and get that combo on another weapon type.
The prosecutor was my first love back when it came out over 10 years ago in the trials of the nine days, remember getting my first 40 bomb with it in the old year 1 supremacy. Can’t wait to get some good rolls and be reunited with it once more
My favorite auto rifle in the game, I haven't taken it off my Arc Titan since I got my beloved Dragonfly/Voltshot combo. Now all I need is a craftable Reckless Oracle with new perks and I'll be in heaven.
Brother I just got this same roll with good range and a reload masterwork I haven’t been able to take it off my arc titan too lol. Do you think this gun with dragonfly/voltshot is good enough to run in higher level content like a gm?

Love this thing so much, so happy they finally updated it. One of the few trials of the nine weapons I got when D2 launched, used it all the way till warmind, came back to it on occasion. That optic is just too beautiful. Was hoping it’d come out with Prophecy initially, but we got there in the end!
I’m loving this Auto because it feels like I’m playing D1 again with the fast time to kill & I’ve gotten multiple we rans with it also
Great review and on the money. I could feel this weapon was going to be a big deal just using it. There’s a handful of weapons I use the term “x-factor” with. It’s just got the feels that transcend the numbers and you crave using. It legit hard to get a bad roll with this weapon, anything you get is serviceable. Love it.

Any chance you could maybe start collecting these recoil direction stat vs bullet pattern screenshots in a spreadsheet or something? It's really useful information that's pretty hard to test without getting specific rolls.
I almost sharded my Gutshot Target lock roll with Extended barrel, both ricochet & high impact rounds and a range masterwork. Glad i saw this video before i sharded it.
Quick PSA in case you weren't able to get a keep away + target lock roll (like myself), *IF* you have the patience to grind it out, breakneck (kinetic 450 auto) can be focused at the drifter for only 1 engram each.
BIG DOWNSIDES: This sucker has a massive perk pool; 12 perks in the 3rd & 4th columns each, and you have to play quite the ridiculous amount of gambit, which only a handful of people might be playing at the moment
Upside(sorta): If you have the patience to reset your gambit rank multiple times, gambit weapons still follow the "chance for multiple perks in each column" rule, maximizing your chances of a god roll at 5 resets.
Obviously this is a tough sell to anyone who isn't desperate for a good alternative; the biggest outlier that caught my eye was the difference, at base, in aim assistance: prosecutor has 34, breakneck has 44, so your shots with breakneck are noticeably stickier. I would ONLY recommend going after a god roll of this *IF* you have the patience for it; the best I've been able to get is eye of the storm + TL and it's a VERY solid dueling roll.

Did maybe 6 hours of 1st encounter and my best one I got was frenzy dragonfly.
I pulled out my adept shadow price with overflow and dragonfly, and honestly it's a better feeling gun to me. The Stat package is higher, and that's before the +10 mod.
I've been going back and forth every activity swapping between the two. Using eternal warrior with the both of them.

Im just glad that people are finally giving more recognition to Trials of the Nine weapons. Back in D2 year 1 used all of them so much.
I have a zen ttt roll and a gutshot target lock roll. And a rewind target roll ive only used zen time to try the gutshot one
I like this thing a lot and got lucky enough to get an arguable 5/5 for PvP. My one fear is just full descent into an auto rifle/scout meta. So many games I’ve played are basically just each team bunching up in one area, and shooting in a firing line at the other team.
Will reserve judgment for when we’re back to just normal control gameplay without fast charging supers etc, but that “everyone sit back here and shoot at the other team while they sit over there and shoot back at us” meta is the opposite of fun for me.

I recently got the dragon jolt roll it wrecks as well as keep away / frenzy lots of prophecy farming
Been playing with a gutshot str8 target roll since the dungeon loot refresh and I have to agree this roll is a banger. I also have an 80 range keepaway frenzy roll that I plan on taking for a spin. Not quite the full range capacity but beggers can't be choosers.
I am a very big fan of perks that passively activate, so Keep Away/Frenzy is such a nice roll for me.
A true Stat monster, I can’t wait to get more rolls of this weapon.
Alot easier to win those one on ones when youre always radiant
I haven’t enhanced any adept weapons for myself yet but does enhancing them also let you craft/change the mag and barrel options too?
The only Target lock i got was extended Barrel, Ricochet rounds gutshot and tarhet lock with stability masterwork i really really like it - put 200 kills on it last trials weekend and for it to be enhanced by final shape damn its going to be very interesting
Had a gutshot target lock roll for a while, might give it a shot now.
Have one with zen and target lock. It melts. Wish I had better barrel and mag perks but oh well. Will definitely farm for my 5/5 godroll

I have a Zen Moment and Golden Tricorn roll. It's a laser, it's a monster. One kill, my ttk is free. I like Target Lock too.. both. Both, both is good.
I've fallen in love with Postive Outlook thanks to Cammycakes and outduel all the time. But Prospector is one of the few that will outduel me rather consistently

all the rolls that i have got are fun. zen moment + golden tricorn, dragonfly + voltshot, dragonfly + golden tricorn, keep away + voltshot.
I loved this gun like 2 years or later and used it every once a while now it’s back

Oh, I have a couple keep away rolls to try in crucible, but that’s boring.
I’ve got zen moment and tap the trigger, i don’t take even the slightest flinch when being shot combined with triple mods. My kd going through then roof
I've been using my Tap the trigger/Zen moment one all weekend and wow It really is just a Lazer beam.
Rewind target lock works great in pvp. Because of how the perk works with dark too. You basically get more dark damage of you dont reload

My RNG, I get a Great Prosecuter roll on my first drop Zen Moment and Target Lock, also same day I get a god roll hullabaloo (or however you spell it), But for the PAST SEVERAL MONTHS I grinded for a chill clip riptide, and after getting all of this RNGsus decided to bless me with two chill clip drops with useless other perks ):

Guys, with the 30% primary weapon flinch reduction, does that make zen moment a bit less ideal on this weapon? I’m asking cause I got a gunshot, target lock roll and may use that post into the light.
I also have a max range zen moment and tap the trigger roll, and another max range zen moment golden tricorn roll for 6s.

Rewind and Voltshot is a great option as well for sustained voltshot damage on higher health targets
How so? Dosntn voltshot timer expire before even u activate rewind rounds?
The voltshot debuffed target remains debuffed for a long time and yes, rewind rounds does come into play, I’ve tested it with the roll that I got when I was farming the first encounter last week.

I'm always surprised about the amount of people who disregard frenzy in pvp I have a silicon nueroma with snapshot frenzy it comes up especially against passive players that 50 handling and damage increase really helps

Swap out your barrel/mag and can enhance Zen, TL, KA, TTT whatever your preference.

I hope Shadow Price returns with this sort of power one day. Prosecutor, even when it was a Trials of the Nine reward, always felt good to me. Very smooth shooting, clean sights, etc. Maybe make it Void and bring back Ringing Nail and keep it solar?
Yk I cannot figure out why but this gun just feels off to me. I don’t know if/what I’m doing wrong but I cannot get it to preform in the way that I think it should. I have hammerforged, armor piercing, keep away and target lock with stability masterwork. Any tips?
I got a keep away target lock roll and a tap the trigger zen moment roll. Crazy good gun, I prefer zen moment and tap the trigger for me at least. Easier to control recoil on console and just body people.
Ive noticed with all my rolls whilst 84 and 94 recoil on paper dont look much different or even feel much different shooting at a wall they seem to make a BIG difference in game play and maintaining accuracy , even to the point I have rolls with 50 stability which feel better than rolls with 70 and im on controller.
The more Ive tested my rolls and racked up kills on them all in crucible the more I've realised just how much a factor it is compared to some other guns where stability will negate such

I almost gave up after running first encounter perhaps 40 times one evening...Zen + Target Lock dropped around 3am on my final run... with a range masterwork. Also have a Gutshot + TL which I kept as a novelty but will try out after watching this video.
