Strong legs + Solid core strengthening + Balance + Elastic Waist Twitch behind each punch, makes each punch like a shotgun with less tension towards his arms. He has mastered "THE PUNCH"
It's similar to some other sports where it is more effective and efficient if you generate momentum and power from your toes, feet, legs, and upwards with the twist of your hips then reaching your shoulders, carrying all that momentum before releasing your arms and fist to punch. Look at his jabs and cross, observe carefully how his body moves behind each punch. Some won't notice because of how he bounces back and forth.
Ryan Garcia emanates Naoya's aura. Ryan has the x factor just like Naoya--extreme power in both hands and super-fast. God gifted. The sad reality is, Ryan is basically a Naoya gone bad. Undisciplined. Not fully focused. Yea, he beat Diddy Devin. But had he not been drinking at all during training camp, Ryan should've got Diddy Devin out of there in the 1st round. Ryan needs to go to Japan and learn from someone who is so much like him in terms of God-gifted physicality but learn discipline and way of the Bushido. And Naoya is the man for the job, assuming he wants to help out Ryan for a few months.

His body control and instincts are amazing. He opens himself up a bit too much for a counter. But, perhaps after getting his first knockdown from Nery, he’ll adjust going forward. It’ll become more and more of a problem as he goes up in weight.
Just like Ryan Garcia had no chance against Haney 😅. Ask Wilfredo Gomez, Mike Tyson, Donald Curry, and of course Haney. No one knows who will win. You're just guessing.

@@danielsmithiv1279 honestly I doubt that cause I think due to the limit of his body frame, 126 or maybe 130 might just be the max for him. He doesn’t do any fancy padwork, or crazy footwork drills. Just simple basics.
