You have a six pace sidewalk you should pull the brick wall for the quick e mart out more to fill out by two plates front and sides also you should add a elbarto sticker/decal to one of the walls free idea
I don't know if you know what doctor who is but I'm a big fan and I think putting a tardis in your city would make it look awesome keep up the good work 👏
IMO, you may be better off building a substructure that attaches to the bottom of the tables, the substructure having its own legs & frame to reinforce the current tables. Keeps the nice white finish & likely would save on material costs - not to mension not needing to move the city from overtop
As a huge fan of the Simpsons I approve of this modification. I think the entrance way to the kwik-e-mart could be way wider since I feel veichles will have trouble accessing parts of the parking lot and it will match more closely to the show if it was bigger. Also I feel since its not very tall it should maybe be placed at the front of the city but that's not really a big issue. After all you do you.

That's a massive improvement - it just looks right. The tiles for the car park surface look great too. I enjoy updates like these, especially when the placement changes and it just works. The relocation of the school to the start of the residential area makes sense too, that's a good move.

This new MILS plate for the Kwik-E-Mart is actually pretty good. It helps give it more stability while achieving your objective of improving the parking lot. I don't know about you, but LEGO had a missed opportunity to make Moe's Tavern and that could've been placed in the downtown section near or next to the Kwik-E-Mart. Once you get everything reorganized, you could have McFly hoverboard (or find a skateboard MOC) his way over to the Kwik-E-Mart to interact with people Bart or some of the other pop culture mini figs. Just a suggestion. Awesome redesign.
Kwik e mart is looking good! Maybe add a custom sign outside the store. Also could you just grab more legs from Ikea and screw them into the area's you need support? Maybe screw the legs in along the edge of tables, to connect them and support that area. Drill a small pilot hole first then screw the legs in

The only improvement I could suggest for the kiwik-e-mart would be to maybe extend the parking lot and walls to the edge of the MILS plates and curve the inside corners of the vehicle access because that would be more useful than the huge area of sidewalk. Looks great. I can't wait to get the opportunity to build the daily bugle that I got surprised with over the weekend. That might be a build I do in April unless I work on custom tables because even though I don't do mils plates and I still have a lot of room to fill in my lego city my main tables are staining from my modulars.
I still feel like that building just takes up soooo much space. Like, cool, it's the Kwik-e-Mart, but like... it takes up enough space for as many as four other buildings. I'm not sure that Apu would be happy with having to pay the property tax on four separate property lots in downtown Brickminton, including not one but two corner properties. The urban sprawl is strong with this set, and I just don't think it's worth it. But that's just my opinion.

Everytime I watch one of your videos where you convert things to MILS and integrated them back in the city I'm always bluffed at how they blend in so good. This way of building really makes your city feel like one whole build rather than a bunch of build slapped together and I really love it :)

You need to widen the entrance to the quicky mart for the parking lot. Nor enough room for the cars to park on the ends. It would make more sence. :)

Hey Bricksie for your table problem you could just use sheets of subflooring as spanding shims to fix your gaps

The quick e mart looks good but you have to much sidewalk ( a.k.a to much light grey for sidewalk for the sides and front) look a little weird 😜
Details like trees, bushes, lighta, and minifigures will blend that in. Just not at the details phase yet
