Ice-storm February 2003

This video was taken 3 hours after ice started falling in February of 2003 in north central Kentucky. This storm affected the entire state and it was 1 of 2 of which #2 was more in western Kentucky. There is no audio it has been removed. It isn't the best video, however most of the blurriness was because of candle light during the first part. 16 days later, the power was restored.
