Already intra day option trading ko Income tax me speculation consider kiya jata hai. Aur profit par tax slab ke anusar tax lagaya jata hai. Means agar agar aap 30 percent ke slab me aate ho to aapko 30 pcnt tax dena hota hai option trading ke profits par..to mera sawal ye hai ke abhi bawal kis baat ka ho rakha hai

NSE's FII-DII data in cash market says institutions have bought consistently on almost all of the days. On what basis are you saying institutions are selling? That's just misinformation, the daily red candles are a result of market opening gap up everyday and then closing at a lower price (mostly due to natural price discovery of stocks), if you see the Nifty chart before October 2023, there was a similar cycle in the market where the market was going up on day to day basis but slowly and steadily without large big candles.
