Pls what causes the constant damage of the valve plate.i have TEC igwe gen and mechanic have changed it several time,even doubling it with no result..pls your opinion as i have cover it refusing anybody to touch because of different ideas.

Inferior part could cause it or bad oil or shortage of oil could cause it.

The pushrod cut into the left edge of the valve plate & found the exhaust mount screw for exhaust valve was loose, & the exhaust valve mount screw wont stay screwed into the head. Push rod not bent. Replaced plate & screw with no fix. What's causing that?

That means the valve is bad.. replace the valve

Tighten it well, it won't remove. Make use of 12 pipe
