Elite Samurai gives you 10% Increase on both Health and Damage, while Cosmic Samurai is only Damage, the Passive on Elite will give you 15% of Max Health every 2 turns, while the other will give you hp by 15% of Damage dealt
I would say Elite Samurai is way better, not to be bias but its the stats and passives you get
