Why film on a Bicycle
Traditional video makers tend to walk, which unless great care is taken, produces a bounce in the video footage. I find filming on a motorbike can be too fast, not allowing you to take in the scenery. The bicycle allows me to interact with people whilst providing smooth footage. If you find it is still too fast, then you can slow the video speed down to half speed, which will still be 30 frames per second. Industry normal is 24/25 frames per second.
Why doesn’t the footage look clear
Sometimes I make an error when shooting the video (but very rarely) The most common cause is that your internet connection on YT has set the resolution to below 4K, so check your settings.
Camera Equipment
Since starting the channel I have used my trusty DJI Osmo Pocket 2 (Creator combo)
The Combo comes with a Bluetooth microphone which has given great performance, even when riding at speed. I film at 4K & 60 frames per second, my light and ISO settings are on Auto. The Camera is strapped to my left wrist (so it might appear that I am close to things on the left). I control the Camera head via an application on my phone (Mimo), using my right hand Thumb. The Pocket 2 is due for an upgrade and hopefully the new upcoming Pocket 3 will provide even better low light performance. Action cameras to date, have smaller light sensors and are not competitive at present for low light filming.

Why do you say your videos are Uncensored
Back in April 2022 TH-cam changed the Algorithm they use. They have very sophisticated computers that scan each & every video for words, images and music. Hearing the music when you pass a bar usually creates a Copywrite issue on the channel. A bigger issue is night filming in Pattaya. Really just about any bar scenes causes the video to be classed as Adult content. I have tried cutting my videos into small segments, and uploading them individually, these still were deemed as unsuitable for advertisers. So with this in mind, I do not monetize my videos, so you should not see any advertisements. I rely solely on my Members and those who subscribe to my other channel “David Strachan Living in Pattaya”

Pattaya is dying more year by year. High airfares with sky high girl prices as the girls work for salary and drinks now not ST/LT. Was watching one stream from BKK when a bar girl approached the streamer and said 7000 LT this was not a gogo girl btw.
£620 return from Gatwick, more expensive than pre covid but still affordable, its always been the same ,if a girl doesn't fancy you she won't barfine, we think we can choose ,so can they, and if an ignorant youtuber sticks a camera in a girls face and asks how much he should expect to be told to f off,he got the f off price
The whole game has changed its got nothing to do with if you are young and goodlooking. The girls can earn by coning guys out of trays of watered down shots and they don't need to barfine This has happened after covid.
The youtuber had a hidden cam thats why she talked prices. Flights from non london airports you are looking at £800+ @@nigelcooke6391 If you decide to travel down to london the cost of this will outweigh the flight saving.

The open type bars seems to be the best, very pretty lady's. I saw atleast 20 bars that seemed enticing & that Sailors bar & grill is always packed..
I feel sorry for all those hostesses just sitting wasting their time waiting for a customer who is back in farrangland refusing to pay the ridiculous airfare and even more ridiculous prices for what are mostly, ladies past their use by date. I really do hope things improve, or it will gradually fade away. Far more action in Bangkok now😉

Having owned a bar before (all be it in Phuket) 3 months of high seasons pays the whole years worth of costs and profits. 5 other months are profitable and the other 4 months are dead. I big spender a fortnight will cover costs and he has lots because of TH-cam - trust me he’ll be making a stack of cash over 12 months!

Another great clip few whingers online upset over the prices of beer & women not so Hot plus overpriced for S/T or L/T.That is how it is, there is Bars around that sell a beer or what ever you like for good prices just have to look around,women so be it in that case stay in your own country and see what you pay then plus in the end you make the best of your Holiday if it is not good enough for most move on im sure they will not miss you.

You're right! I was wondering about that too.
This video was filmed with same camera, same settings but daytime. Lots of things affect the image, frame rate, iso setting sensor size...the list goes on and on...but if you read the description I always say, check your YT settings first. My phone auto defaults to 360p, when I select higher quality it gives me 480. So please check but take a look at a day video shot also on the bike th-cam.com/video/itT8T27d8Es/w-d-xo.html

@@DSPattaya Thanks for your kind reply. I have checked my setting - it is 4K. The low quality of the image is probably due to night conditions (and maybe incorrect settings and/or the capability of your camera). Mai pen lai - your effort is appreciated.
@@DSPattaya You're right! My setting was "Automatic", but this time for some reason it failed to work. The video is just fine in 4K! 👍
