The armor is really cool looking. They did a good job in the design

If they would've put that devil shield that was originally shown, or gave him the open mouth that Moss man had, I would've snagged him. Will probably save my $ on this one.
Thanks for watching! Yeah, I remember seeing that Devin shield originally. That was really cool looking. But I guess it was cut for this more simple shield. I have a feeling we might see that with another Turtles of Grayskull figure at some point. I also think this Beast Man should at least come with an open mouth as well!
I love the accessories. Really creative and i love the shine to them. These accessories would look great on my LOP beast man. I agree that doing something different, like the mouth, to this figure to set it apart would have been thoughtful. Oh well, great review though!
Thanks for checking this review out. Yeah, the armor pieces really stand out. I was also gonna bring in the LOP Beast Man for the parts swaps. But I was disappointed with the helmet that didn't go down all the way the other figures I also tried the helmet on. Maybe some custom work can make it fit other figures.👍
When they make armor/accessories like this, it makes me wish they would sell individual parts! I really like the samurai armor pieces, i hope they find a way to reuse them! Awesome review!

I would like to just see all these armor pieces and accessories without a regular already released Beast Man that doesn't have any other changes. But even having all the parts is still an issue with the helmet because of the issues I showed in the review with that Piece only fitting the Beast Man head correctly. It needs to be cut or modified to work on the other figures.
Yeah that definitely sucks that the helmet is not more universally compatible, it is such an awesome piece!

Slamurai looks insanely better with this Beast Man armor pieces, specially due to the blue tones. Great stuff!

The armour on this guy looks awesome! The detail on the helmet is really well done. Especially for an origins figure. The armour looks amazing on slamurai, bro!! And I bet the waist armour would look awesome on shredder. With a little painting done to match his colour.
Thanks for watching, bro! Yeah, this armor set looks amazing with details. Slamurai and Ninjor look cool with this setup. But again, it's a bit disappointing about the helmet, not being able to fit or go all the day on most heads without cutting the inside or some modification from what I can tell. That's why I didn't bother with bringing Shredder in. He already has his own helmet head , and all you're gaining is a He-man buck with pants. Most of the other pieces have to come off aside from the shin guards. But I guess with a little customs it could be interesting. It's still a cool look on
Beast Man and I might modify my Helmet later!👍

Thanks for checking the review out! The face looks a little better with the paint than the first figure. But still the same sculpt. I would have liked to see an open mouth like Mossman, maybe. But the armor and overall look is awesome with this figure.👍
I might be in the minority, but this Beast Man is just sort of meh to me. The samurai armor itself is fine, it just feels so out of place for a character like Beast Man, and with all of the equipment removed, he does look virtually identical to the first Origins release. I guess that’s a good thing for collectors who perhaps missed out on him, but he just doesn’t “feel” different enough. That being said, I’ll still pick him up because I’m all in on this line, but…it’ll be a reluctant buy, lol! At least the whip is pretty cool! Weakest figure in the line so far, in my opinion. Great review as always!

Thanks for stopping in to check out the review, Damon! Yeah, I agree. The figure is just another beast that was already released with samurai armor pieces. I didn't need another identical Beastman. But it's good for people who didn't get the first one. The samurai pieces are the best part to use on other figures. But the helmet doesn't work on many of the figures within customizing or cutting that ring out. I'm gonna do that at some to make a samurai He-man 👍
Looks great! So far the only figure I have seen in stores is the trapjaw
He looks really cool with that newer Samurai armor on. The new Trap-jaw or mouse jaw is a target exclusive Figure. So maybe check your Target stores and look where any MOTU Origins are left. Thanks for watching!

He's definitely worth a pick-up with that new samurai armor, especially for those of us who didn't have the opportunity to buy him, on the first wave of the origins line collection . Been waiting for him to be out again .there are some slight Suttle changes to his features that makes him a bit more detailed than the first version of him .Not bad, very good 👍 review. Yeah, I think these turtles of greyskull Beast Man variant or Samurai set up offers a few interesting things for collectors such as a re re-release of the wave one Beast Man for people like your self who never got a chance to get one. He now has two closed hands, which are more useful than one open hand. The new shield and blades on that whip look awesome! The card art and packaging look really good for collectors who want to keep this figure mint on the card. And the coolest part is all that Samurai style Armor. The pieces look good on many other figures. But the helmet is the most important part of the setup to me, and it doesn't fit most heads or go down all the way as I showed. But maybe with some custom work, it might be better. Aside from that, it still looks good on Beastman as a variant figure!👍
Beasty's shield looks great with MAA's colors. Matches his bodysuit, it seems. 🤔
The shield and new Whip are some really cool accessories with designs and colors!
moss man would have been a good test subject for that armor :)
Yeah, I thought about that when pulling figures off the shelves for the armor swapping. Buy its basically A green Beast Man with fur, and this line has its own Muted version of Mossman coming out soon. I try to show what's most interesting to most people and save time in the video. But I appreciate that suggestion, and thanks for watching 👍
At first glance, I thought Beasty will be a meh! entry in the wave but I think he looks awesome. Love all the accesories he comes with and definitely can update the previous Beast Man figure now. 😮

Great review! A little sad about the helmet. Not sure why they want to put things over the head of one of the guys with the more unique and iconic faces and head sculpts. This gave me the same "meh" vibe that New Eternia's weird head cowl thing does. I'd probably remove it for display. Looks wonderful otherwise.

Yeah, I think they should have made the inner part of the helmet more open to fit other heads like He-man and Slamurai, for example, as I tried to show in the review with the helmet on. And maybe have a small adapter piece for Beast Man or Mossmans head that the helmet would fit. I think I'm gonna customize mine and cut the inner ring out to fit the He-man head. I can also use some putty if it's too loose. Aside from that. It's a cool looking helmet with all the armor pieces that come with Beast Man!👍
I never got the origins beast man figure. I think orange is an eye sore of a color. Remind me of a traffic cone. But I pre-ordered this one because I love that samurai mask and his whip and shield and the artwork on the back of the box.

Otherwise, I like the Brown colors on The Grizzlor figure that kind of reminds me of another version of Beastman. The armor pieces are really cool as well the art. The helmet can't fit many heads without modifications. I think this figure would be good on a card for collecting 👍

The armor pieces are really cool and unique, which has been added to this figure or for customs on other figures like I showed with some like Slamurai, for example. But the helmet can only fit the Beast Man or Mossman head. I'm gonna try to open mine up to work on other figures better. I think they should have at least given this Beast Man an open mouth or something. It's a cool looking figure with the accessories if left in the card, too. Thanks for stopping in as always 👍
Does any of the armor fit or look good on the new Filmation Cartoon Collection Beastman?
Yes, it fits very similar to this Beast Man. I did try that. But I didn't add it to this review to save time, and the cartoon collection is a whole other thing with style compared to the Regular Origins figures.
@@Themanchlid Awesome! Thanks for the info. I feel like characters like Man at Arms and Beastman should be bigger than the turtles, so my plan is to put the turtle armor on the cartoon collection figures since they're taller
@comix1017 No problem! I haven't tried the Turtles armor on the Cartoon collection. But it will fit. The cartoon collection figures have a different design of the muscle tones and can stand a little taller. But I reviewed most of them so far on their own. I tried some other Vintage Armor on those figures. It seems like whatever can fit the regular Origins can also fit the cartoon collection figures and vice versa.

Yeah, of course it would! Mossman is just Beast Man but flocked and green. I thought about bringing Mossman into the review to put the armor on as well. But those shoulders gaurds push on very tightly. I didn't want to mess up the flocking. Mine is already shedding. Lol. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 👍
Dude, the heads are swappable. Just put Beast Man's head on the other bodies then put the helmet on. If you must customize anything repaint Beast Man's head to be generic black or gold so no orange is showing.
The funny thing is that i tried and filmed it just using the Beast Man head as you suggested. But i cut it in editing because I know not everyone wants the Beast Man, head re painted on other figures. You can still see the lower half under the mask. I think it would have been better to have the helmet more open and an adapter piece for the smaller heads like beastman. But that's just me. I heard there coming on Mattel Creations in the spring. The first three should be Syclone, Extendar, and Rokkon, as shown at SDCC last year. I also want the rest of the Vintage inspired Origins soon 👌
